With Isaac I was really hoping it would be something similar to what they did with Robin, like him focusing on happy things would be his way of coping with the pain but it didn’t really go that way, it just came off as petty and not caring about Flower. I dont think Flower is gone. Her not getting any kind of goodbye scene is very sus. I predict it will be revealed shes just chasing a butterfly for days on end and someone else got s*cked off.
To be fair to Isaac and Nigel, neither was very close to Flower at all. I don't think Nigel ever had a single conversation with her, and Isaac's conversations with her were honesty mostly interrogations. Being the oldest ghosts on the property other than Thor and Sass, they've seen many people moving on, so seeing someone that they honestly didn't have that close of a connection with move on would mean very little to them. Especially with the engagement being suuuper fresh in their minds. They personally cared way more about their engagement party, because in their eyes Flower ascending was about as impactful as a casual coworker moving states (or countries in a European view) for a promotion. Neither are that great at having empathy or reading a room, especially Isaac given how little he realized that everyone thought he was gay, or how he thinks Hamilton is his arch rival when Hamilton probably genuinely didn't remember his name. He's really not great at knowing what anyone is thinking. Once it was pointed out to them to shush about the engagement party and wait for next week, they happily did. Edit for spelling
