With nordskar raiders, skaven, beastmen, and slaanesshi cults in fantasy, and daemonculaba, drukkari, slaanesshi cultists, some loyalist space marine chapters, and certain pleasure worlds in 40k, the question should be "how much" in each respective setting, and "how safe are you from getting the struggle snuggle?"
I don't think Warhammer Fantasy is in the same universe as Warhammer 40000. At least I hope so.

I like describing Warhammer fantasy the exact same way I describe the Lizardmen.
It's dinosaurs riding bigger dinosaurs shooting laser beams.
It sounds stupid but awesome and that's essentially Warhammer.
Goatmen that worship dark gods? Sure. Pirate vampires? Why not. Undead Egyptian pharaohs that are more fun to play than the actual Total War game based on Egypt? Totally. Ratmen with chemical weapons and gatling guns? A standard. High elves with enough cool points to ignore their stupid hats? Wouldn't have it any other way. Wood eleves where the tree-huggers have a shoot first ask questions later foreign policy? Sound good. China? May as well.
And all the Dwarves you can handle!! Good Dwarves? Check. Evil Dwarves? Check. Suicidal Dwarves who often skirt the line between the two? Double check!!
There’s also Japan but it belongs to the rats

About time youtube, I am on my second day trying to make sense of Warhammer Fantasy lore and only thing I understood so far is that this world is impossibly terrible and have zero chance of not imploding in like 1 year of actual history.

It's a surprisingly reasonable question. Historically, there is TONS of rape in warfare, and every fantasy or even historical game/setting tends to gloss over that. So if a setting labels itself as "Warhammer," I would also wonder if it has the stones to "go there."

She doesn't need to know the lore, the whole thing is cringe anyway, I once though it might be interesting, and it has certain parts that are cool but it's actually really stupid on the whole.
That's quite the point, the entire lore of both universes is essentially copy-pasted then put in a blender with so much edge that it cuts to simply look at it.
Huge amounts of it is cribbed from the Elric Of Melnibone stories.
I enjoy it and think the lore has its moments. But yeah, fair.
