Thanks so much for watching, it is appreciated. It isn't exact but it was pretty fun to build and really, that is the point of all this insn't it? haha. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Great job on the weathering. I can almost taste the rust. I had to restart the video 8 or 9 times just so I could make sense of which was the real car, and which was the model.
I love the subject matter of all the nostalgic heros kits, but the quality is beyond a joke. I wish tamiya or hasegawa would do versions of all the cars
Sigh, tell me about it. I have a few others from this line and I have been holding off on building them just because they are not quite what I was looking for. I love the cars they have in the line, so unique but yeah, they are not really that fun to build. lol. A lot of custom work needs to be done to get them to a decent standard.
I have heard some of the older Aoshima skyline kits have similar size chassis/interior parts. May have been worth getting another kit and trying to cobble something together.
Loved this video Spencer! Especially the fades from the real to the model car scenes. Bravo!
Thank you sir. It was a true nostagic feeling building this and then seeing the transition myself was amazing. Thanks for watching.
Well done Spencer, enjoyed watching you bring this kit to life from start to finish and congrats on making it look so realistic to your real car.

Spencer that really looks like you actual car from the 90s!! Great job ❤
Thanks mate, apprecaited.
Turned out really nice.
Appreciated. Thank you.
Nice video. You did a pretty good with what you had to work with in the kit. Thanks for sharing.
I will admit I was disapointed with the kit but on the other hand, I could have really honed in some scratchbuilding skills! haha.

Nice build! But yeah, Doyusha kits interiors are the worse. It’d probably be worth it to 3d print an interior and floorpan.
