Top 10 Most Annoying Pokemon to Catch (and how to catch them)

I spend a lot of time trying to come up with strategies to get difficult Shiny and Hidden Ability Pokemon, but these 10 COMPLETELY REGULAR Pokemon drove me crazy.
Notes: I noticed a couple spelling errors AFTER rendering. This why you should proofread more than once :S
Update: Although this was based on my experiences, there are a couple noticeable omissions, due to the fact I never even attempted to try and catch them. We might need a follow up....
