For me it all depends on how much they tried. He could have been hiding out at a different address than what was in the system for the license plate. So maybe there was a reason it took that long. But if he was there in plain sight the whole time and they still took forever for not trying, you have to wonder why.

Still, if they had investigated and cut him loose, they should have tried harder to "keep him on their radar" as that wouldn't have required much! Video evidence, several independent eyewitnesses, all recording his plate number, and the damage to his vehicle. The Cops can only do so much if no one is willing to prosecute the criminals. People need to make better choices in the voting booth.
How can you run someone over with witnesses and still say that there is not enough evidence in this case. He had to go on to hit multiple women for these lazy sobs to get up and do their job. If I was the other women I would sue this police department as this could have been prevented if they did their jobs!!

So it took more than 1 hit and run of a young woman for the Salt Lake City Police/Detectives to arrest the criminal (and they were given the man’s license plate number by the woman who witnessed the entire incident)!😳🙁😡
