    Ciao, great video as always. A curiosity. Wanting to save some money, could I use instead of the translucent material you use the simple tracing paper that surveyors or architects use for their projects?

    • @botvidsson
      @botvidsson  3 роки тому +2

      Yes you can! You just need to check so the paper is as neutral in color as possible. Also, you can easily white balance in post if you have a slight warm hue.

    What would you charge for something like this? Can you do a video of pricing product photography and where you find clients

    • @botvidsson
      @botvidsson  3 роки тому +3

      It all depends on how big the company is and what they are going to use the photo for. It can be everything from $400 to $4000.
      Hopefully I can find time to do a video about that. Thanks

    I have client now that wants shoot win bottes on eshop "white background, easy to cut by AI software", but if i understand correctly my client, he want photos without reflections or any gradient and any layering in photoshop couse huge amount of products >1000. Its even harder that i tought, some tips ?

      Without any reflections? Sounds impossible, can he show one photo of a wine bottle without reflection?

      @@botvidsson i am sure their not find any. I find on their eshop one very close to no reflection, only light gradient appeared on the bottle but for me this kind photo is hard to do and not so attractive for customer, very flat I think. That's can be possible to do, tricky but possible. I should discuss with customer about he's vision or try what customer want Couse their always right ? 🤷😀

    The lighting is nice but the product looks "fat" and unflattering in my opinion, i think you could have used a longer lens and a lower angle, . The longer focal length would also make dealing with the reflections easier.
