@monkey6207 Because Augustus was still a child when Ford sent him to live with Lucy, and given that Dion looks old enough to pass for having been alive when the battle between the Psychonauts and Maligula took place, putting him in his late 30's seems like a safe bet.
I know Dion is set up as being a typical bully big brother but I like to think that he’s mean to Raz because he’s jealous that Raz got to be a psychic and Dion didn’t
I'm always amazed how much exposition a player can gain through the usage of clairvoyance. Him seeing Raz as a punching bag says a lot more than most dialogue could.
It's interesting that if you listen to his dialogue, Dion obviously can't perceive any of the psychic particle effects: I guess non-psychics can't see any of the stuff, hence why Dion isn't actually sure if Raz is the cause of anything that's happening outside of correlating that Raz is present, and stuff is happening; he seems to flat out not even make the connection with the pyrokinesis.

We might be mean but we mostly do it with the intent to not expect everyone to be kind, to toughen you up per se. we still love our siblings to death and would do anything for them, but we want you to be safe when we’re not around anymore.

There was also another cut line where a seriously furious Dion yells how he hates the place AND the circus. Maybe a little part of him's jealous that Raz gets to explore other careers and he can't.
