hahaha, nice! Yeah, I have not found a CRM that I really enjoy using. I also highly recommend keeping one for personal / professional relationships (aka "PRM"). Really useful to keep tabs on your overall network.
Such a series a bad recommendations that emcourage making the web that much suckier. Did any of these hacks drive revenue? Did he ever talk to customers to determine needs and do real product development? "Gaming is really about the community..." Is that an assumption and how does that translate into a product? If you are looking for written content, hire a pro writer to ghost write with the gamer. "This is sustainable..." Chart cuts off but it flattened quickly and ended on a dip. Did bakers quickly realize the numbers were bogus? Was it just not a profitable product? Nearly missed the irony of the BS free zone poster. Bottom line: people who give you their name are not customers, people who show up to events are not customers, users are not customers. People who give you money for your product are customers
love these free seminars on youtube which most people would pay for we could watch online

Hi Mads - happy you got some value out of it. Appreciate the share too!
What kind of CRM is that at 13:01? I like it! Is it just an add-on to Google spreadsheets?
Hi Dejan - it's actually just Google spreadsheets with some conditional formatting! Pretty easy to set up without a plugin.
I figured it out. Made one myself too. Thanks though - so much better than other fat CRMs :)
