I think less people watch guestgrumps. My assumption is that they're trying to get as many eyes on it as possible. I'd imagine that they offered him the chance as they seem to treat their staff very very well. (Just judging by how they're the ones that told SuperMega to move on and such.)

Like every year, I had a great time! Even though I didn't know many people everyone was very kind and friendly. And my friend whose birthday it was surprised us all by announcing her engagement! Definitely glad I went!
It literally cant be as bad as what this protagonist had to go through.
Man, the way the characters interact really hits close to home. I knew there was going to be murder at some point, but that was a helluva cold open, and the way your character can't express their thoughts while internally panicking is well done.
ofcourse the person with anxiety becomes the Cassandra.
I know since it just released this episode is basically advertising, but sometime in the future (after it’s had a chance to sell a bunch of copies y’know) I’d love to see the grumps play it through fully. I really can’t do scary games without a buffer (i.e. a let’s play), but it’s so intriguing already, I’d love to know what happens!
In the same boat as you about preferring a buffer for horror games, hoping maybe a couple episodes could be done around ghoul grumps time maybe. Thatd be cool I think

yeah I didnt see anything. I even up'ed the brightness on my screen and saw nothing.
Ok so it wasn’t just me. I wondered if Dan actually saw it too, or just reacted to react.
I'm pretty sure if you up your brightness all the way, there's a silhouette of a person right behind the car
Can confirm that having an anxiety disorder feels like living in a horror game/movie at all moments. It's just the normal. The advantage to that is that I can play horror games or watch horror movies and feel nothing.
And from an evolutionary standpoint, high levels of anxiety and a tolerance for heightened levels of adrenaline leads to clearer more level-headed thinking in survival situations. Whatever you didn't successfully already avoid, you're naturally well equipped to flip that energy into useful effort.
Jory has so much to be proud of! The trailers have been awesome and the premise on it's own is genius but the execution and dedication to make this game a reality is something to truly be inspired by! Well done on creating this game Jory and the whole Rogue Games Inc. team! Arin, Dan I hope you had as much playing this as we will have watching!

I'm really surprised they haven't at this point, a side scroller beat em up is a good ask for smaller publishers and they could add all sorts of ridiculous game grumps references, maybe make arin and dan actual villians where the hero need to participate in a series of deadly 10 minute power hours in some sort of.

It legit was my birthday and Dan saying "Happy Birthday" both freaked me out and made me super happy.
I was on the edge of the Cliff with the tension this game provided until Cliff lit his cigarette and then a few seconds later threw said cigarette into the forest that immediately resulted in the entire forest going aflame thereby really lightening up the mood.
