Mariachi Juvenil Corazon Jalisciense at the Youth Mariachi Showcase

The Mariachi Women's Foundation presented Mariachi Juvenile Corazon Jaliscience from Hollister, CA at the Youth Mariachi Showcase (YMS) on May 27, 2022.Their performance occurred right before the Mariachi Women Warriors tour concert that featured Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea at the Hammer Theatre. This youth group is one of two recipients of mariachi music instruction provided by the MWF's Mariachi Pathways for Youth program and that was made possible by a California Arts Council - Youth Development Grant. The Mariachi Women Warriors Tour and Youth Mariachi Showcase were produced and directed by Dr. Leonor Xóchitl Pérez, executive director for the MWF.
