nice one! I especially loved the advice about being water at the end and letting gravity do its thing. I am guilty of holding the rack against gravity instead of letting the KBs roll out of it into the back swing. Thanks, always an educational experience every video.
This is probably the best video i've seen so far on your channel!
This was perfect to for what I wanted to know.
This is really great. It would be nuts to not take advantage of your accumulated knowledge for anyone but the most experienced kettlebell users.
This is great stuff . Very clear and entertaining to watch thx !

i love this one, my favourite
Awesome video, I've seen some athletes bending knees to reveive the kettlebells at the top of th snatch. Is this more efficient?
Exactly!
Thank you very much, I will definitly try this! Is this a pair of 20 kg KBs? What rep-scheme do you suggest? EMOM 10 5 reps?
These are double 12KG for demo purposes. Your EMOM idea is great! I'll give this one a shot too! - Gregory
Whats the diff between a snatch and half snatch? I keep hearing the 2 terms but my newbie eyes dont see a diff? thanks in advance
Diff is on setting KB in a rack position when getting it down. In case of classic snatch you move it to the swing. IMHO.
@@lenovoduo7635 ohhhhhhhhhh That makes sense! Thanks mate!
I explain the difference visually at the 1:15 mark. - Gregory
@@lebe-stark That's what I get for watching videos distracted.... thanks for the reply!
