Mate, you need to understand a thing...you really are a bad player too. Probably you have a little bit more of conscience about the gear your characters need to wear (compared to the the average player you meet in pugs) but you need to understand you have big gameplay, interface and behavior issues too. Your ui is totally not set at all, you have targetting issues leading you to start dpsing a mob VEEEERY late, you backpedal (even this in a wrong way, you're way too slow), sometimes you click on your spell/items cuz lacking of bindings, you don't use any weakauras-like addon to track anything (buffs and debuffs) and the same is for the nameplates and that leads you to not very well understand what you need to focus and finally you have moments of very bad rotation on your spells (even on your other characters like the druid or the fury war)...so a pretty disastrous situation coming from who wants to argue about all other players he meets. I usually don't argue about anyone's style of play but i just can't stand who, being just as bad as the others, believes himself able to blame about problem he has too. Hope this can help you being a bit more respectful and willing to learn in order to getting better.

Never turn the boss toward your party, you killed your group when the boss used his fire breath

Though the tank isn't doing good, you are also failing your job as warlock, quick deathcoil and fear can usually save party members
bosses are immune to crowd control like deathcoil and fear
