I do enjoy this series and I'm glad you continued they are certainly excellent for a beginner. I noticed that you mentioned at ~2:50 about the resin dust with cutting. I work in an industry that uses a lot of resin as well as other materials that are deemed as carcinogenic. My only suggestion to improve your method would be to wet cut to remove the airborne particulate and suspend your waste. it is messy but you protect yourself a little more. Other than that thanks for what you do, these videos are a great help.
Thankyou for this instruction, but to be honest I can see way more downside to using resin than injection molded parts. The piping on ribs was a perfect example (for me, at least)!
The very small parts are very hard to cut off. Much of my experience has resulted in a pile of crumbled little bits of parts which is really upsetting. Not really a fan.
