Joanne has been in Calgary for like three weeks and myself i just got back after 1 week there. We unfortunately lost her father to cancer after a brave fight . So your words hit home and i appreciate you taking me along. Cant wait for Joanne's return so we can get out enjoy life and find our moments again. Thanks for the great video. Walt
Hi Walt. We were wondering if all was OK with you guys after not seeing any videos over the last two weeks. We are really sorry to hear about the passing of Joanne's Dad. We just sent you an email. Our Sincere Condolences, Michelle and Holger 🙏
Beauty spot to get away and disconnect, we couldn’t agree more with your sentiments! Erin appreciated the bin organize lol Always making the best of your adventures, good for you guys. 😊 Cheers, Greg and Erin
Hello I am a fellow BC'er and I would like to meet you guys but I am afraid that if I do it will rain on our parade!!!!!! But then again I keep a good supply of beer on my boàt 😂 Some day??? PS the Crab and Prawns are on me ❤ Just a old dude from Pender Harbour BC ☮️😎👍
Thank You Tom! Yeah, rain seems to be following us around😂. We have never been to the Sunshine Coast and would like to pick you up on your invite at some point. Could you send us an email, so that we can stay in touch? You'll find our email in the 'About' section on our UA-cam page. Thank You so much and all the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
You had really beautiful weather before the rain came. I always enjoy all the little moments you capture from your trips - the bee in the flower, the ant on the log, etc. I also really liked what you were saying when you shared your thoughts from the stump. We all need to disconnect sometimes.
Thank You! It's so easy to miss the small things sometimes. Michelle has got a much better eye for it than I do. Thank You for your support and all the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
Congrats to you both for breaking 1k subs. 😎 Love the spot very relaxing with my cup of coffee. Thanks for sharing the personal message Holger, I am in total agreement with you both. One of the main reason I spend, so much time in the woods is to disconnect from this chaotic world. I find peace reveling in Gods Creation when I'm alone in the woods and I feel closer to Him as well. You cannot place a value on true peace and the joy of just being. 👍God Bless
Thank You 🙂🙏! It is out in nature where we truly feel at peace and like you said, you can not place a value on it. Thank You for providing us with inspiration through your videos and being part of our journey 👍. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
🍾🥂 to your wishes coming true 1000 Subs great job Loved the campsite and you are so right life is way too busy nature is such a powerful medicine for the soul🙏 Take care and safe travels on your next adventure Mike N Sheila OV the North 🇨🇦✌
Beautiful spot you all picked out. Peaceful and filled with solitude. I think sometimes, especially with the younger generations that have grown up with technology, life is busy, and finding time to disconnect is not a priority. I remember being that way when I was young. Now, as I am older, I can't wait for those times to get away and disconnect. I am like you lucky to be able to do that weekly. Honestly, those moments when we are somewhere with no wifi, I am thankful I can actually get some editing done 😅 Just remember, with all the rain, you two can give some great tips on camping in rainy weather 😊
Absolutely agreed! I think it is easier for our generation to disconnect, as we grew up in a time without cellphones, internet, social media, etc. Thanks for the video idea, never really thought of that 🙂. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
That tub, haha. I have to do the same every now and again. Just stop and take 10 to organize. I appreciate the minute to remind everyone to disconnect. I spend a lot of time outdoors. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, it's hard to fully disconnect. Regardless, the time outside really recharges me. I find it genuinely therapeutic! Oh! She did a thing! Dry bin looks amazing! Haha. How long is it going to stay that way, lol. 😂 It's certainly already destroyed, lmao. I'm glad we connected. I really enjoy your personalities and your channel. Be safe , and hopefully, stay dry..
There is just no point in trying to keep any kind of bin organized, it's a disaster again 😂. Thank You for your kind words and being part of our journey and taking us along on yours. We truly appreciate it. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
Thank You🙂! This spring has been the complete opposite of last year here on the Island. We will certainly explore more of the mainland in the future 🙂. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
Safety issue, noticed driving with window 1/2 way down, that is a no no because if your vehicle jarred suddenly sideways, your head could strike the edge of the window and could receive major damage. Please drive safely😊
Dang weather eh lol Going to sound a bit sexist but I`m a horrible passenger in a vehicle esp w/female driver. Before the shoes start flyin' at me I have class 3,6 & air and drove not only industrial rig but many hi-perf vehicles too. Even worked a stint in the woods as contract tree spacer and was unanimously voted to drive "crummy" for the crew. Hoping for better summer weather for you folks!

The “oh no, not again” syndrome, lol
Always make the best of it.

Gotta go back there for sure👍

Beautiful place and it looks very peaceful there😀 Get the blow up boat out🚣
We patched it up, but there seems to be another leak that we have not found yet. We'll try it again this weekend.

Falling on my head like a memory….
Congratulations on breaking. 1000 subscribers. Well deserved. Maybe you guys could try other parts of BC, where there is less rain. Happy Trails !
