Is that the magma scratch suitecase? If not, which one is it and how does it all fit? I read that the 72 doesn't fit in the Magma Scratch suitcase. Thanks for the video!
too much work involved; why don't Rane Just start selling different color and customized vinyl for the customers...it's another way to make more money....also setup an online portal where Rane owners can customize their vinyl...c'mon maaan...think business...think logically...just my 2 cents from a business perspective...
Pink Panta too much work? It takes all of 5 minutes. And as for Rane offering customs, sure, they probably will at some point but why would I pay more when I can do this with something I already own for free?
NewYorkBlack Mostly because the vinyl that comes with it isn’t very grippy. But having said that, I like to customise my gear (whenever it can be done in a non permanent way)
It almost seems as though you're suggesting that it is still worth purchasing all the Rane gear to use with Serato, however when it comes to drilling three small holes and buffing them a bit, then that's where you draw the line - sell everything and learn Virtual DJ!!
you can rock a crowd with any software ;) I like VDJ because I started with it and it does more than any other software; not that I need Karaoke, or Video, or to be able to control lights in a club but its nice knowing that I can do all that.
The holes are 6mm. Simply use a 6mm drill bit and be done with it the first time with perfect sized holes.
The second drill bit whats it called?
Thanks for the video love a good bit of d.i.y ! Does the vinyl need to have grooves or could it literally be just a peice of 12inch circular plastic?
Where did you get your vinyls from?!
Thanks for the 'chew'torial' :)
Love the song your playing at the end!!! Donell jones!!
The second drill bit whats it called?
What site did you get that custom vinyl from?
What is the 3rd tool piece you used to drill for finishing

12inchSkinz if you just want to buy
12inch skinz does this for you with the adapter attached. No biggie
Why?
NewYorkBlack why what?
Why go through the hassle? Why not just use the default vinyl which comes with the unit?

Wow, too complicated lol. Just get VirtualDJ software and a phase unit, keep your old turntables and use whatever vinyl. No drilling required.
southrakkascrew (D-Rakkas) virtual Dj? Hahaha! Ok mate, you crack in with that.
lol, yup
