- Hello creative souls! Welcome to my third 3D art tutorial here on UA-cam :D
In this video I release my New Clay Mixture! With my new one you can build thicker spackling and plaster layers with minimal to no cracking, and you can save some time while creating your art projects!
I´ve never seen this be done before, so if you try it out. Please tag me, I would really appreciate it :)
You will also see me create with this DIY art crafts methods. With metal mesh, plaster bandages gauze, acrylic paint and a matte varnish. On my channel you can find how to do minimalistic 3D art, textured art on canvas tutorials and how to do fabric art with spackling and plaster.

Just gorgeous. I've always loved drawing wrinkled fabrics. I love all the gradation of the values. They end up looking like mountains and sheets. Bit you, you sculpted what i love to draw! Absolutely beautiful. 8:26

After the white paint try an acrylic “pearlescent” coat. And then varnish and finish. I believe your art would look very very nice with that look. :)

I had never seen this type of art before but after watching one video lots have been recommended and it’s so relaxing watching. I find the end result a very relaxing piece of art. I definitely need to make some for my flat.

I suppose if one doesn't have plaster bandages, they could use medical gauze or cheesecloth strips dipped in a thin plaster mixture?
Yes absolutely! I’ve done a similar method before and included it in some of my earlier tutorials (on IG) 😊 I used dry cleaning wipes
You can even use pieces cut from old cotton sheets or t-shirts even dipped in joint compound that you thinned with water. Unless you get the powder of course. Try Using what you have. Because once you apply layers on top of layers all will be covered anyways :)

Hi! I want to make an oversized version of this. Do you have any tips ? Would it be too heavy to hang on the wall ?
Use damp sandpaper, will get smooth and no dust
In the last couple steps painting with brush ruining the smoothness. Even soft paint brush is leaving marks. So is there any tips to prevent that and get smooth finish

I like this, I would want to try it. I’m wondering if it will crack if heavy weight applied over it after drying? I mean there were void space between the canvas and the plaster cloth

Thanks! :D Spackle and plaster is a porous material, so the paint don´t get all soaked up :)

I have seen your videos and have to say that like for me is too many ingredients in one mix, especially texture paste. It would be cheaper to buy expensive ready texture paste.
