      Oh but the men in the suits provide the money to pay the hard working man. I am not defending either side but reality is the men with the money are the ones who call the shots. George Washington exploited his slaves and got the money the power and the presidency for two terms. In America the unspoken aristocracy is rich white people.

    • @gingercake0907
      @gingercake0907 4 місяці тому

      This country was built off of slavery and money generated by slavery. Slavery is the exploitation of human labor and refusing to pay your workforce because you have deemed them less than because of some lies about who they are in relation to you. So this country started off wrong and had to suffer the deaths of over 600,000 men and boys and God knows how many civilians to purge this country of slavery. So it doesn’t surprise me that the rich man has the attitude that he is more deserving because he’s rich and the poor doesn’t deserve anything not even $3.00 the truck driver gave him. Read Luke 26:19-31 to see what Jesus Christ says happens to people with that attitude.

    I am an old woman and have no car. I went out shopping one day, when I was done I requested a ride from Lyft. The driver assigned to me stood me up. It was cold and I didn't feel like waiting another hour for another driver. So I was waiting in front of 2 stores, one being a liquor store. I waited until I saw a man pull in that, as you described him, was a hard working man. As he came out came out of the liquor store, I stopped him. I explained my dilemma to him. He was more than happy to take me the few blocks it took to get me home. He was a gentleman, even opened my door and helped me get into his truck. I knew I could trust him. NEVER have I ever took for granted nor looked down upon a hard working man. This country was built by them!

I hope he always has ...the jerk in the suit made a big mistake in criticizing this good hearted guy who wanted to reach out to help someone poor or maybe homeless.... I don't know...kind of sounds like something Jesus did, you know?... they're people in this country who don't believe in " handouts" , but Jesus did...and there's a party that believes deeply in helping the poor and downtrodden....they don't always get it right but believe me their hearts are the right place....this sweet man is rich in a way that the hard hearted man will never know... Believe it or not, the opposite might be true. He couod be working hard and getting paid well doing what he loves and he doesn't feel the nerd to flaunt what he has.or, he could have learned low-paying office or sales job, but because of his pride, he feels he nrrds to look wealthier than he is with the suit and fancy car (obtained on sake. Se ond hand or whatever er,). I prefer the guy who you can tell he works hard. But is able and willing to provide for his family. And has a heart of gold❤

    I left Wal-Mart the other day and was driving home and looked over and saw an old man pushing a worn out grocery cart up a long, long up hill four lane highway on the shoulder with everything he owned in it and hanging on the outside of it and he had a couple of small dogs sitting on a piece of plywood across the top. The temp was a 100 degrees that day in Texas. I turned around and came back and he was under a tree. I put all my groceries plus a case of 48 bottles of water in his cart and gave him thirty dollars. This man started crying and got on his knees holding my hands and started praying for me. I had enough money to go back and buy me a package of chicken and a 2 liter bottle of Mountain Dew to last me till the end of the week and I was happy. Always help people in need. The feeling you will have will be worth more than any amount of money. Your a good man !!!!

    Years ago, I was about sixteen and on a trip with the youth group with the church I attended at the time. We stopped at one point for a restroom break and there was a homeless man there and I gave him five dollars. Afterwards, the youth preacher pulled me aside and lectured me on how it was foolish to give money to 'such people' and I wasn't doing him any favors. He went on and on about how the guy would use it for booze or whatever. I finally snapped and said that in the Bible, Jesus made it clear to help others in need and I would be listening to Jesus over him. That so called preacher was so mad, after the trip, he told my father I had been rude to him. My dad asked in front of him what happened, I explained, and the preacher confirmed what happened. My dad was silent for a minute, looked at the preacher and laughed in his face. He said I had not been rude, and the preacher could keep his opinions about me to himself and before we walked away, my dad told him to reread the Bible and see which of us was right.

    When I smell gas/oil, it always takes me back to my Dad. When I’d cuddle up to him as a little girl, I’d get a faint scent of that. And this was after a shower. He’d come home from work & wouldn’t let me hug him until he washed up. I love, love that smell, and I knew, even as a child, Daddy was working hard for us, and it gave me comfort. I miss my Dad. He gave General Motors 40 years of his life as a Millwright, and my Mom demanded him to retire. She never demanded anything from him (not in front of me anyways) and I remember the conversation at the kitchen table once. No anger, just a conversation. Finally, Dad did and they had a blast for 13 years after retirement pulling a Fifth Wheel across the entire US and one year in Alaska. Well done Dad & Mom, well done.

      I now live in Thailand with my wife. They have no social programs to help the needy. When i see people begging on the streets i give them money. My wife once asked me how much i gave. I told her 100 baht ($3). She said i give too much and would make Thai people look bad for giving so little. I told her Buddha had blessed us with good fortune and i felt it was only right i give more because i could afford to do so. I also told her i folded the bill in my hand and placed it in their cup so no one saw how much i gave. She doesn't question me about it now. I know she was only trying to have me understand about Thai customs.

    My Grandpa was a farmer. I watched that man get up before the sun and go to bed with the sun, dead tired. He'd help anyone in need. Give me a hard working man that's honest, loyal and busts his as* to provide for his family any day. A lot of us women don't want expensive stuff. We just want to be respected, loved, someone loyal and enjoy the simple pleasures in life like fishing, a picnic, an ice cream cones while cruising backroads, etc. House doesn't matter as long as there is love in it. ❤

I love a man that works hard, loves GOD, and enjoys the old school ways. A woman dating should be looking for real men that have great morals and believes in truth, integrity, and the old ways! Most men with money only likes to control their woman and always is looking for something on the side! I love the simple things in life and I believe in spoiling your man if you've got a good one. I'm so happy to hear there are men like you! I call you a one of a kind and I'm proud of you. May GOD Bless and keep you!!!

    There was a time, as a young woman, in a strange and big city, no place to go and just a few pieces of clothing in a suitcase. I stood on a bridge, questioning my life, my very existance. A young man from one end of the bridge walked up to me, engaged me in a conversation. He listened to my story, took me to a restaurant, fed me, put me in a cab and sent me to the Salvation Army residence. He didn't have to do anything..but he did. Today I am a great grandmother with a full life because a stranger knew he could do the right thing. Zach, on behalf of anyone who recives your kindness, thank you. We never know where that might lead us! You are a good man.

      I myself don't have worked as a heavy equipment operator most my adult life now 64yrs old and have always gave to homeless or panhandlers at the intersection. I recall once during the Christmas holidays while waiting for my wife getting her nails done I was sitting in the car and I seen a guy asking for $ so I got off and called him over I gave him a 20$ bill and said Merry Christmas to him as he kept going through the parking lot I seen several people giving him $ . Anyway my wife came a few minutes later and we drove when we drove across the shopping center I pointed him to her still walking then walks up to a really nice vehicle pulls off the shirt he was wearing tossed in the back seat. I said to my wife I don't know how much $ got from everyone being generous to him holidays and all, but we're not the only ones that seen what he'd done. 🙏 God was also a witness to his scam.
