if you want to just set your base (foundation and concealer) you can use a translucent powder (white one), if you want some glow then you can but tinted powder which is almost same as you skin shade or one shade lighter, not very light..

Based on the reviews I have seen natural almond is a lighter shade.. if you use NC42 or 312 in Maybelline.. then warm sand will work
