This was a very informative video. That makeup look is stunning. Motherhood really looks good on you. I wish you and your newly expanded family a Holiday Season filled with joyous times and family
You are seriously so sweet! Thank you for leaving such a kind comment. It really means so much to me! I hope you are having an amazing holiday season too!
I personally love my Rare Beauty cream blush. However, I never checked on my blush status throughout the day. I only paid attention to the color and application. I’m going to observe its staying power from now on. Thank you for the super great detailed video!
I love that you always mention that just because a product didn’t work for you, that doesn’t mean it definitely won’t work for everyone! Everyone’s skin makes makeup look differently, so having such a wide variety of products in the makeup world allows for everyone to find something that works well for them! Thank you for putting so much hard work and research into all your videos, it really really shows!!!
You did a lot of work! Thank you for your focused, professional and complete reviews of the products you did not like or did not work for you. And I also appreciate your notes about what you would recommend instead.
I know I’m constantly bugging you… but would you do a GRWM with this one? You look STUNNING! I’m so happy for you and your hubby to have your son. Holidays are always special, but when you have children they become magical. God bless you and your family. Love you 💕🌸
You’re so kind and I appreciate you so so much! 🥰💗 I have a get ready with me scheduled for the first week of January so I can definitely film this look! 🥰 I hope you are having the best holiday season!
Thank you so much for single-handedly preventing me from buying the Zendo palette, every time I want it you remind me the quality isn’t there 😖 negative reviews are just as helpful as positive ones!
I love how you considered if the products would work for others and even put alternatives. Not a lot of people put this much work into their videos. So much love and respect ❤❤
For cream blush I was a fan of the elf putty blush and the believe beauty cream blush so beautiful and easy to use. Highly recommend either if you haven’t tried them.
I do love the elf putty blushes but I haven’t tried the believe beauty cream blushes! I will definitely be checking those out! Thank you so much for your recommendations! 😍
Saw Urban Decay Cyber in the thumbnail... 100%. I think that was my biggest let down because it looked so nice but the swatches were such a bummer. Loving the festive makeup look, btw! Hope your first Christmas/holiday season as a mom is going well!
Aw thank you so much for your kind comment! That is seriously so nice of you! I agree with you on the Cyber palette. Some of the shades are nice but overall it's been such a let down!
I like the nyx sweet cheeks blush and the dollar general believe beauty cream blush as drug store and my favorite high end blush is tarte 12 hour blush and Lancôme blushes.
I really appreciate this video. Hearing you discuss what did not work for you and why, reminds me of why I didn't try things or why I should not. That is really important for me since I always want everything 😅 I am late to this video because vlogmas was chaos this year I lost track of so many trying to keep up. Hope your little family enjoyed the holidays, and have a peaceful and prosperous 2022!
Excited to see a new video ♥️. I’ve heard mixed reviews on Rare Beauty cream blushes too, although I’d love to try her liquid formula. And most ppl I’ve seen use the milk eye primer didn’t seem to like it at all. I didn’t try cream blushes from many different brands, but the ones from elf, believe beauty and flower beauty work great for me.
Thank you so much for watching! I appreciate it so much! I have really good things about her liquid formula. I tried a sample but I think mine was dried out so I've been meaning to pick one up and really test it out! I really love the elf and Flower Beauty blushes too. I'll have to check out Believe Beauty!
The e.l.f. Putty blushes are great. I have 3 colors and love all of them. Also, the Milk stick one is really good and it comes in a mini that will last forever. I have a Rare Beauty liquid blush that came in a sample and it is only okay for me because it doesn't seem that pigmented but it is a lighter color. I never hear that about the full sized ones.
The Anastasia Iced Out highlighter is definitely more flattering on darker skintones. It's not a universal product like it wanted it to be. I am Fenty 400 and it's stunning.
The LYS cream blush ended up being my favourite blush of 2021, maybe my favorite ever, tbh. It lasts through a 12-hr shift at work and blends so easily. It doesn't lift any of the foundations I put it over, and is just a really great blush colour for me in general.
@@AndreaMatillano the 1st one I got is Self Love. During Black Friday I got Confident. Don't be intimidated by the shades- you can build them up as well as sheer them out very easily.
My favorite cream blush is are the ones made by Tower 28. It’s pigmented, but also blends out easily. It looks incredibly beautiful whether it’s applied with a brush or a sponge.
I think a lot of the green tones in the Zendo palette were the cream to powder formula. I struggled with those as well, but I tend to struggle with that formula in a lot of her palettes, and I think that was a big reason why I ultimately decluttered that palette as well. There were just so many cream to powder shadows in there, and I couldn’t get them to work for me.
My fave cream blush is the LYS cream matte blush in the shade Confident!!!! I want to try some of their other shades, but it’s a beautiful blush with just the right amount of pigment!!!! It also lasts all day long❣️
The only thing new I tried that has become a staple is the NYX Fill & Fluff Eyebrow pencil in shade Brunette. It is a triangular twist up (and down) fill in pencil for sparse brows. Not too soft or too hard. Also has a perfect mini paddle brush on the other end to blend. Love it!
These are some of my favorite videos - thanks for saving us money!! I felt the same way you did about the Zendo, but it has grown on me - still my least fav of the midis though. I’ve had luck starting lightly and building the shadow up, but with the shades in there, I usually need to incorporate another palette for my style.
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch! I think that might be part of the problem for me. There are so many pretty shades in that palette but I think I have a hard time using it for complete looks too!
I had the same issue live the Love palette by ND. Wound up poking out all the bad shades that would move around on the eye or completely break up and disappear. Only 6 good shades in my palette.
I bought very few makeup products this year and one of the ones I’ve ended up purchasing was the milk Hydro grip eye primer and it was terrible. Like I thought I had just forgotten how to do eyeshadow it looked so bad. So disappointing.
You look amazing-makeup, sweater, happy glow. I hope you are doing ok and taking the craziness of new motherhood in stride. As always, I really appreciate your honesty and thoughtful reviews. I honestly rarely buy a new makeup product without checking your reviews. You’ve saved me so much money & frustration. ❤️
The only cream blush I tried this year is the Jelly Dough by Holika Holika, and I enjoy using it for the novelty, but the wear is shorter than liquid or cream. I meant to try Tarte’s since I like their cream bronzer, but I fell into the Rare Beauty liquid and want to work through those before buying another product with short expiration
@@AndreaMatillano so far, they are great! I got the holiday trio and 2 of the 3 match most of my everyday makeup. I think they work really nicely for cooler/drier months.
I love that Kosas bronzer that you showed. It is one of my favorite bronzers and I don't have very good luck with bronzers. It is moisturizing and I love the color. ❤ However, I do know that makeup works differently for different people and their skin type. Also, I have had some bronzers that work better on bare skin and not show up very well with foundation on.
I have decluttered all of my UD palettes except Naked Honey. Too many misses, not interested in buying another. Glad I dodged a bullet with that ND palette. My fave YT gals say the same about the KVD and the Milk primer. 😝😝 Thanks so much for all of the alternatives in the description box. U always go the extra mile! Happy Holidays! 💝💝
@@AndreaMatillano I’ve been dying to get my hands on that little peach set. I got my most recent blush from a Sephora favorites set they have on sale and I loveeee the color. The formula is superb. I have super oily skin and the the staying power is unreal. It’s the first cream product that I’ve trusted and definitely the first one I’ve loved. Happy hunting for your perfect cream blush! I’m a believer now!
thank you so much for this video!!! i loveeee when you post. it makes me happy to see your beautiful face!!! i think my favorite cream blush is either from milani or tower 28. i’m so glad that i never tried the rare beauty blush. i’ve heard that it literally melts away. i hope you’re doing well. xoxo 😘♥️
@@AndreaMatillano i’m actually preparing for surgery (yes again) so i’ll be spending my holiday season in the hospital. i hope your little guy is doing amazing. i know that he’s brought soooo much joy and love into your lives, and that fills my heart with so much love. ♥️♥️♥️
I do have dryer skin and have both the KVD and Milani foundations (yes, Milani is a dupe). I like them very much but they take time to blend. They also seem to not hold up in warm weather or situations. I love the ABH highlighter since I prefer subtle highlighted area.
I actually love the AOA cream blushes from Shop Miss A. There's only about 10-12 uses in each one, but they are only a dollar and have great staying power for me.
I have only tried one shade but the Tower28 cream blush has worked the best for me. The Nudestix Bloom sticks and Tarte cream blushes are very nice as well. I’m interested in trying the Rare Beauty cream blushes in the tube and the NARS potted cream blushes as I’ve heard good things about them.
I love that there are so many options to choose from these days! I feel meaning to try the other Rare Beauty formula too because I really never hear bad things about that formula!
Personal experiences are so important because the Zendo pallette had been my favorite purchase of 2021. I traveled back home and it was my most used pallette on my trip. I love the color story and the fact that the colors pop in my complexion and is my first natasha denona pallette so I guess if I purchase something else the quality will only go up. I like lys blush but looking for a good blush brush for cream blushes. The application is frustrating which has me reaching for my powder blushes.
I am in agreement with you on the Kosas bronzer. I was so excited to try it and after watching you videos on it I got it out to try and I really struggled with it. It's such a same you don't like the Patrick Ta blushes. I have all four from that collection and love them all. I think my favourite cream/liquid blush I tried year was the Colourpop serum blushes. I have really enjoyed those. I think that was another one you weren't that keen on.
Danessa Myricks. Matte in the tube. OMG! You need like a pinpoint of product and it is beautiful and once it's on, it's ON!!!! The shade Creme Brulee is a soft neutral muted pinky tone. Takes some trial and error to not end up with too much, but well worth it. And at $18 and the fact that it's multi-use for eyes and lips, I think it's a good value. My new fav!
The best cream blush formula hands down is the Kjaer Weiss cream blush. They are magical - since I tried it out, I started ignoring all my other blushes lol

you look radiant! thank you for sharing, hope you and your family is doing all good ❤️
I am so disappointed in the Milk grip eye shadow primer. I got it specifically because of an eye shadow I found hard to stick to my lids. This primer was as if I used no primer at all.
If you want something tacky, try the Nyx proof it eyeshadow primer. It’s an oldie but it’s pretty decent. I prefer UDPP or a Mac paint pot but that one is a good drugstore version.
The believe beauty cream blush was the best cream blush I tried all year..4.50 from dollar general and it's better than any high end I tried...you look amazing Andrea, motherhood has tou glowing..happy holidays to you and your sweet lil family💛😘🎄
Oh my! I really wanna try the Patrick TA Monochromatic Blushes... maybe it was the shade? I'm eyeing the She's adorable, but now I'll try it when there is a really good deal or sale. But I could tell you that the cream&powder ones are really worth it, they really have pigment, She´s so LA is my favourite shade, you should try it
I think it might be the shade too because I have heard some people say they really enjoy the formula! I think I will have to check out the duo you mentioned!
@@AndreaMatillano absolutely!! My birthday was last Monday and my children gave me 150$ gift card from sephora and now im not sure if I want to take the chance or wait for her to release more pallettes lol
I love the Rare melting blushes. One of the best products I’ve tried this year. I wear it under other blushes though. I also love the Winky Lux cream flower blushes, the Pixi stick cream blushes, the elf putty blushes…so many good ones this year but then again I love blush.
I have been loving the Makeup by Mario stick blush. I got a color called Earthy Pink, which is gorgeous. Congratulations on your new baby! I am so happy for you. 👣
Thank you for sharing! I really love the Makeup by Mario bronzer so I definitely need to try one of the blushes! 😍🙌 Thanks for your kind comment! You are so sweet!
If you want pigment, go for the Patrick Ta blush palette. You can mix and match shades or wear them alone. I love my blush palette. When I do hear complaints, it is because there is too much pigment. I am careful with my brush, so I don’t have an issue.
I totally forgot about that palette but it’s so beautiful! 😍 I think I might have to grab it because it seems like such a great value for the amount of options you get in it.
I have so many cream/liquid favorite blushes, if I had to pick one I would have to say the flower beauty but I also love the mini trios I tried from rare beauty. I do like the Milani and milk as well. I can choose 😂
I love that there are so many options now! I think I need to grab the Rare Beauty trio because that was on my list and I never got around to try it yet!
Fun video! Even though I have different opinions, I still love hearing yours! My favorite cream blush was LYS in the shade Confident. I could apply it over powder and had no problems.
I personally love the Milk eye primer. As someone with very oily and hooded eyelids, it’s one of the only primers I’ve ever used that holds my eyeshadows in place all day.
I tried a trio of rare beauty liquid blushes and I loved them ! Easy application, beautiful colors and they set well and don’t really move throughout the day. They also work well if I need to touch up.
My favorite cream blush formula is the believe beauty cream blush from the dollar general the pinky toned one I wish they would come out with more shades it’s incredible and beats a lot of my high end cream blushes
I love blushes and it’s my biggest category in my collection (over 150). I love the Holika holika jelly dough blushes, the Apieu liquid blushes (the bottles looks like nailpolishes) and the Milani ones that comes in a tube 😍😍
I had the same issue with the Patrick Ta She’s Sincere blush. I found the problem is the powder formulation. I scraped off the top layer that formed after I used the blush the first few times and found the pigment! The duos are the same powder formula and I find that it also reacts and hard pans easily. Try scraping off the top layer and see if that helps!
I really like UD cyber palette and my Rare beauty cream blushes. I found the key for the cyber palette was to use the shadows wet. Which make sense to me. I appreciated there was a few shadows that were not as intense, as I can use those on a more everyday type look. As for the blushes, I felt like they last for a pretty good amount of time. The liquid probably longer. But I was very satisfied with the cream as well. Wonder if it was your application process or foundation?
Cool video and beautiful eyelook! I try to be mindful when buying new palettes (although sometimes I buy before I think 😅🙈). I bought the zendo because it looked very unique but I didn’t get along with it either. There was only 1 look I created that I really liked but having such an expensive palette for just one look… I sold it and bought retro with the money and I enjoy that one so much more 😁
Oh yay! I’m so glad you were able to sell it and get the Retro instead! I love the Retro so much. I think that was part of my issue with the Zendo too. It’s a really pretty palette but I couldn’t get a lot of cohesive looks with it either.
my fav cream blush this year is the fenty cream blush in petal poppin, for powder the cor de rosa blush palette. best new discovery for me is the buxom plump shot lip plumper, it actually plumps but arent as good as the fenty, but a good alternativ. i thought id buy it for myself for an early xmas gift from your rec, and as usual you never stear me wrong, i love it. wishing you a merry xmas and all good things for your fam in the new year. hope you are well and your baby is well. haha lucky sisters and mother you have. your such a kind person to share your joy. im a bit wierd i like these kind of videos bc i know what not to buy after xmas. your look today and your sweater is so pretty today. love seeing a video from you
Thank you for leaving such a sweet comment! It really means so much to me that you take the time out of your day to watch my videos thank you! I hope you have an amazing Christmas! 💗
I would go for a Kalaidos highlight before this one by Anastasia. I went back to my Laura Geller gilded honey. TBH if you research ingredients in Laura Geller vs Amreezy they are the most similar of any two formulas. The color and formula are very close to each other.
I am wondering if Huda blush was a matter of shade. I got the peach smth :) color and it is super pigmented and stays on skin so well. I also have same skin type as yours
I agree! Zendo is awful. I hate it so much! It’s the worst Natasha palette. The Kosas bronzer smelled so bad and I couldn’t stand it. I definitely returned it!
I wish the Urban Decay Wild West worked for me. When I tried it it had almost no pigment, so I returned. Super bummed, because the color story was beautiful.
Fenty heat was my biggest fail. I LOVE the floss bomb and the cream formulas so much. But the heat just sucked all the moisture out of my lips and burned. (I don’t hydrate as much as I should and am so bad about drinking water so I’m wondering if that’s why).
Have you ever tried the nyx pore filling primer? Not the stick one but the one in the squeeze tube? I know it’s not newer but didn’t know if it was something you had tried before. Packaging sucks but man do I ever see a difference in my tzone where my foundation never looks good until I started using that primer
I haven’t tried that one but it sounds amazing! I am definitely going to grab it next time I place an Ulta order! Thank you so much for your recommendation. 🙌
@@AndreaMatillano I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. You are gonna notice it should of went into a pan form instead of the tube. It’s too thick for the tube so a pain to get out but I been ignoring that since it works so well lol

I actually love the AOA cream blushes from Shop Miss A. There's only about 10-12 uses in each one, but they are only a dollar and have great staying power for me.
I love my Natasha Denona Zendo eyeshadow palette! It blends so well & it’s beautiful! ✌🏻❤️❤️
I’m so glad to hear it work for you! 💗 There are definitely a lot of beautiful shades in that palette!
The only cream blush I own is elf pallette of 4 and its great...can custom mix a shade.
I have one of the cream palettes and the formula is seriously so nice! I need to try their cream blush quad!
Your makeup looks beautiful! I really like the LYS creme blush.
It’s always helpful to hear reasons why reviewers like a product or don’t.
So many people don’t like that Milk primer.
U look beautiful today.
Sending you a big hug 🤗💓 wishing you and your loved ones all the wonderful moments and enjoy the holidays 🥳 you are wonderful!
You’re so kind! Thank you so much for your sweet words and support! 🥰💗 I hope you have the best holiday season!
You look SO GOOD 🥰the fact that you put alternatives too 😭You’re simply the best🥺
My new fav!
The Zendo palette is actually on my best makeup of the year list. Luckily it performed well for me and i've been really enjoying using it.
*Your sweater is BEAUTIFUL.*
Thank you so much! 🥰
The best cream blush formula hands down is the Kjaer Weiss cream blush. They are magical - since I tried it out, I started ignoring all my other blushes lol
you look radiant! thank you for sharing, hope you and your family is doing all good ❤️
Thank you for leaving such a nice comment! I appreciate it so much! 🥰💗
Thank you for helping us not buy crap. A lot of information packed into this video! I appreciate you so much.
I appreciate you taking the time to watch! You’re the best!
I am so disappointed in the Milk grip eye shadow primer. I got it specifically because of an eye shadow I found hard to stick to my lids. This primer was as if I used no primer at all.
I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work well for you either. 😭 It was definitely a disappointment.
Thank you for leaving such a nice comment! You are just so sweet! I will definitely be checking out that blush.
I have really been wanting the Natasha Denona zendo pallette!!
If you try it you will have to let me know what you think!
I really like the rare beauty cream blush but ill test how long it lasts
Missed your videos but enjoy every moment of motherhood!! Also put your family first 🤗
Aw thank you so much for your kind comment! I appreciate it so much!
Thank you so much for sharing! I’ve been meaning to pick up one of those blushes so I will definitely have to check out that shade now!
I really need to try those out! They have been on my list for a while but I keep forgetting to grab them! 😍
My favorite cream blush formula is the believe beauty cream blush from the dollar general the pinky toned one I wish they would come out
with more shades it’s incredible and beats a lot of my high end cream blushes
Thank you for your recommendation! 😍 I’m going to head to my Dollar General and grab that one too!
Such a great thorough video! Can’t wait for your favorites!
I love blushes and it’s my biggest category in my collection (over 150). I love the Holika holika jelly dough blushes, the Apieu liquid blushes (the bottles looks like nailpolishes) and the Milani ones that comes in a tube 😍😍
Ooo thank you so much for your recommendations! I haven't tried those so I will definitely add them to my list!
We feel the same about th UD powders. They are not even close. The pressed waterproof powder is so good. Have a Merry Christmas. ❌ ⭕
I’m glad you feel that way too! I was so sad! 😭 I hope you have the best Christmas!
That’s so helpful! Thank you for the tip! 💗
My favorite cream blush is fenty I have the urban decay lose powder I found that it’s easier to use it with a sponge not a brush
I just got one of the Fenty cream blushes in a holiday set and I’ve really been enjoying it so far! 😍
This video was very helpful , thank you. Have a Merry Christmas 🎄🎄
Thank you so much for watching! 🥰 I hope you are having the best holiday season!
My number 1 new is ND from the face glam and Flower Beauty have all of them and enjoy them
I’ve really been loving that ND face palette too!
Ooo interesting! Well I'm glad to hear that because I might have to give it another shot now! Do you think it has a little bit of a glow too?
@@AndreaMatillano I wouldn’t say that. I think it was more of a matte finish.
Essence brought out a bronzer that looks very similar to the Kosas... I got the essence one and thinks it's good for the price
Thank you for sharing! I will definitely have to check it out!
It was limited edition I think..the glowing gold's collection
I agree! Zendo is awful. I hate it so much! It’s the worst Natasha palette. The Kosas bronzer smelled so bad and I couldn’t stand it. I definitely returned it!
It didn’t have such a distinct smell that I couldn’t place! I was so disappointed in both of those products. 😭
I didn't like the Milani Cream-to-Powder either! It looked terrible on me!
Also em cosmetics serum blushes or stick blushes amazing lasting power does not lift up powder ☺️
I need to try those! I tried a few things from ‘Em Cosmetics this year and I really loved them!
Venetian Rose is absolutely stunning I have nothing like it 💕 plus the serum blush packaging is so elegant and it has skincare benefits aswell ☺️
Was debating picking up one of those Milani primers. Feel like I've tried, but just can't remember? Guess I'll pass.. lol. Tyvm
I’ve heard good things about the brightening one but unfortunately the mattifying one was such a fail. 😭
My biggest fails were the rare beauty foundation/concealer and fenty beauty eaze drop foundation
That’s good to know about the Rare Beauty foundation and concealer! Did you find that they didn’t last on your skin?
Wow, you look amazing, Andrea!!🥰 Such a great video! TFS and happy holidays to you and your sweet, little
family🎄🌟❄️
Thank you so so much for your sweet comment! 🥰💗 You are so kind! I hope you’re having the best holiday season!
I wish the Urban Decay Wild West worked for me. When I tried it it had almost no pigment, so I returned. Super bummed, because the color story was beautiful.
I'm looking forward to seeing Tuesdays vid ..... This vid is fantastic!!!!
Love ya
☃️☃️💗💗☃️☃️
Thank you so so much for watching! 🥰💗
I love your eyeshadow look
Fenty heat was my biggest fail. I LOVE the floss bomb and the cream formulas so much. But the heat just sucked all the moisture out of my lips and burned. (I don’t hydrate as much as I should and am so bad about drinking water so I’m wondering if that’s why).
Oh no! 😭 That is the worst! I do find that they sting my lips a little bit too. I’ve really been loving the cream formula so much lately!
Love the video and beautiful look and top!!!
Thank you so much! 🥰
Thank you for this video :) really informative, also I'm so happy to see you once in a while since now you're a proud new mom 🤩❤️ I wish you the best Christmas
