Thanks, Rob! The Wee Leda is in the San Francisco Bay right now, but she can be professionally trucked anywhere in North America. Broker is Barney Fie - text or call him at 510-541-1963.
You’re right - topping out at 15 knots, she’s definitely not a speedboat by any stretch of imagination! But for me she was just perfect: solid, reliable, sturdy, and a joyful way to explore the San Francisco Bay and all the big rivers that flow into the Bay. In her earlier life she cruised all the way from Alaska to Baja California, more of an adventure than I would want to take on myself; I suppose it all comes down to whatever makes a boat enjoyable to you, personally. Thanks for the accurate comment!
You know, I think you're correct. I was wrong. What I should have said is that a 32-foot motor-cruiser is about the biggest an inexperienced captain (like me) can manage solo in the San Francisco Bay, i.e. docking in crowed docks with strong winds, swirling currents, etc. Thanks for the correction!
My, my. Amazing! Other boats I’ve looked at have been around 400K this is wonderful!
The host has a voice like the great Jean Shepherd. The narration is really quite remarkable. Well done!
Excellent video! I'm sold! Thank you

@@AlexMcEachern-ng5ou For a second there I thought you typed Barney Fife.
Had me at "bow & stern thrusters"
we called ours The Nordic SLUG.. it was so slow. Good boat but don't be in a rush to get there

SOLD - $150k, to a happy new owner!
32 feet is the biggest you can handle without a crew? Good lord. If that’s the case…you shouldn’t be handling one of any size.
