    I like it but I think it will be a maintenance nightmare. There's too many things that the finder has to return to it's rightful place so that it works for the next cacher. By the time 4 or 5 people have found it, the jug will be missing, the key will be missing, the magnet will be missing, or something else. I just don;t have enough faith in most cachers returning it like it should be.

      I agree, but there has got to be a way around this, such as at the beginning give them a list of tools or equipment required to complete the tasks... Just an idea

      I think setting it up for premium subscribers only will sort out the disagreeable geocachers.

    When you do multicaches like that you should make the last cache be in a place where you have to walk directly past the other two caches so that people can put away the tools found at the other two caches

    This is just the perfect multi-cache. Not just one hide after the other, but they are built on top of each other. Great! Love it :-)

    Nice multi. I agree that the glass jar should be replace with different material. I hope the "tools" will be returned. Thanks for sharing.

  • @GeekinTX
    @GeekinTX 13 років тому +1

    How much walking is involved in doing that? Well, and then that doubles when you have to go back and return all the jugs and magnets and keys and coordinates. And keep track of where each one came from, too! I can easily see that someone might mess it up. And yeah, I'd certainly replace the glass jar with something unbreakable.

  • @rsherbon

    I really like this cache but i wonder how many times you will have to disable it to replace keys and magnets and milk jugs.... would be interesting to see an update on this one to see how well people put stuff back... please keep us updated!

    Fun fun fun cache...I love multis like this but I would be worried about cachers putting all the components back...I guess it would depend on how close each page was to the other...spread out too far and they may forget where and what to put back ...but a great cache none the less!
    What is the GC #?

  • @goblincamper2004

    Love the ideas you have on the multi cache, just seems like a lot of stages to get to the final cache. We have a simple two stage multi cache, which isn't that hard to find. We have found a four or five stage multia once and that was fun. Multi caches are fun caches to do. Your caches are well thought out and you have done some great caches. Thanks for the videos and keep on caching.

I think I will try to configure that in my next geo hide for I am planning one in a little road side park with a stream. Thanks. Hopefully whoever finds this will take back each element to the correct stage for the next person to enjoy. joys4family

    thoughts??

    It's good apart from the bit where you've put screws into that poor tree. I'm pretty sure on the website they say NEVER to nail or screw into tree's as it's damaging!! Apart from that the water filling part and such is brilliant!
