Hyosung gt250r had the same problem, i checked and got the starting relay, changed it, but for some reason when i try to connect it to the battery it start kicking to start but key isnt on start position, also it still wont start, i tink it consumed all my battery

Check you battery connections. Make sure terminals are tight.
