The limited-production 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT® Demon 170, featuring the first-ever 1,000-plus-horsepower production HEMI® engine, is absolutely here to kick ass and cross names off the competitor lane list. The seventh and final Last Call Special Edition is already banned in its stock form by the NHRA thanks to dominating the quarter-mile with a certified 8.91-seconds ET at 151.17 mph.
With only a red key in hand, horsepower levels are determined by the percentage of ethanol fuel detected. A recalibrated powertrain control module optimizes fueling and spark timing for both premium and high-ethanol-blended fuel to unlock the full horsepower potential.

Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. @@whitegoodman7465 just needs semi slicks on the back, then will hook better. even if it still spins a bit (just need to get used to easing into the throttle), the sound, power and looks are more than worth it. such a fun experience compared to driving a toyota corolla

the thing with the fuel efficiency and power that Karl was talking about is that the ethanol in E85 contains its own air, so you are able to burn more fuel which results in more power. this is why E85 is very popular in a lot of car builds because it is a cheap way to make more power.
more expensive per mile. why you don't see e85 at pretty much any pump. before my brother passed he told me while he was stationed in el paso he'd see some pumps that had e85

@@ColbyFrost-w9j the z01 is a totally different platform though. The demon is already supercharged so they had to find a way to make it even faster without redesigning the engine, the corvette is naturally aspirated so the best way to make more power is to attach turbos to it.
He’s right the smell of genuine leather is amazing… always felt that when I opened the door on my old Audi overwhelmed by the scent of leather and coolant

It Really gets about 4 seconds 0-100 km/h , you have to put giant slick tyres (that won’t fit in the car ) on it ,then go to a drag strip ,spray stick solution on the track and maybe after a few runs you might get the 1.6 to 100,maybe.

Seriously. Who buys a demon 170 that struggles on a no prepped surface with drag radials already and goes and put regular tires on it. ?? How are you going to get at least some of the experience?
If you drive them on the street a lot, it’s ideal to put normal street tires on. If you’re constantly driving on slicks on the street, commuting, doing whatever, you’re just wasting them since slicks and semi slicks wear fast.
And loses to a Plaid and Saphire😂....the owner mentioned beating a Model 3 and I was like this guy will get his ass kicked once he races a Plaid
To drive on the unpreped regular road let alone it rain…
@@its.Andy1 we are in Southern California. I daily drive on drag radials we barely barely get rain. And in sure he has other cars he can drive in the rain. If you can afford a demon 170 you can afford replacing the tires once a month
