Yeah, these rich daddy's boys are so beta loserish, no matter what they try to project. The new "Alex" on the show is even worse....just as boring and beta.
So I was a reporter for the local newspaper in Sarasota, Florida (where the island of Siesta Key is) when "Siesta Key" was announced and I got to interview the whole cast. Alex is just as much of an idiot as he seems on TV and Madisson is just as sweet, but Juliette was actually way cool, down to earth and VERY poised. She's the youngest out of all of them but she was the most well spoken and very honest about her parents not wanting her to do the show, how she was really nervous going into it, etc. When I watched her on the show it was like watching a different person, so I think sadly they REALLY dumb her down/have always given her the worst edit.
How cool and what an interesting observation! I can tell in later episodes that she is quite smart due to the vocabulary she uses and she did graduate from FSU while all the others are either still in college or did not go at all (except for Madison bc she graduated also). I am so excited for these reactions videos!~

Same here! It takes some getting used to all the plastic fantastic, perfect bodies, über producing and such. It doesn’t feel like a reality show at all, but I’m going to try to see through that. Because Whitney and Timmy make everything better.

They're about 6-8 years younger then me. Although I do think that when I was a summer camp counselor that Chloe was one of my campers but that was like back in 2007 and she was like 10 and I was 17. Shes obviously grown up since then.
I cannot get over how beautifully this show is filmed! Are we watching a Sandals Resort commercial?! Am I moving to Siesta Keys?! Why does it look like it’s not humid?! I’m excited to watch this reaction series!

Never been interested in this show but my family has lived on Siesta Key for about 40 years and I’m not going to lie, this def feels more like a Jersey Shore version of Siesta Key than the Hills but I’ll give it a chance. It’s funny seeing MTV make it look like Siesta is crazy like this. It’s literally 8 miles of sand that is not even a mile wide with a lot of older people so it’ll be interesting to see how they’ve done this

Never been interested in this show but my family has lived on Siesta Key for about 40 years and I’m not going to lie, this def feels more like a Jersey Shore version of Siesta Key than the Hills but I’ll give it a chance. It’s funny seeing MTV make it look like Siesta is crazy like this. It’s literally 8 miles of sand that is not even a mile wide with a lot of older people so it’ll be interesting to see how they’ve done this

I randomly saw Siesta Key years ago when I was channel surfing at a hotel (I don’t own a tv). So entertaining, I was hooked.

Honestly kind of disappointed you didn’t do Newport Harbour, Kell on Earth or Made in Chelsea cause those 3 are all connected to the Laguna Beach/The Hills franchise, but I’ll still give this a watch with you guys cause I enjoy your videos and cause I’ve never seen this before.
I wonder if they skipped NH because Clay took his life shortly after it and so reacting could be a bit difficult?
