Today I'm showing how to colour Antique Books from Johanna Basford's Ivy and The Inky Butterfly. I am using Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils, as well as one white Prismacolor Premier pencils for blending. Ivy and the Inky Butterfly is a fabulous story about a little girl's amazing adventures after finding a magical passage from her Grandfather's room of exciting treasures, to the land of Enchantia. In her Grandfather's room are many amazing books, and these are some of the ones we are colouring today.
I agree, it can be hard to get details and blending in when it’s small, so working with a sharp point is definitely a must to be able to get in some level of detail and get some shading happening. Thank you so much for watching 💖
It’s definitely something I can do. Maybe not straight away, but it could be on the list after I finish my current World of Flowers project. Thank you so much for watching ❤️

I love old books. When they are so little, it's hard to color them. Thank you for making this video.🥰
