Yes there is two IRR, reason - IRR is the discount rate that makes the NPV zero. If the NPV curve crosses the horizontal axis more than once, it means that the project has multiple IRRs

When a project have major cash flow rather than the initial outflow project have two IRR in such case we use MIRR to overcome the conflicting IRR
