I decided to give Beyonce's Cecred a try. I used the hydrating shampoo and the clarifying shampoo and scalp scrub. I enjoyed the products, but I don't think it distributed well on my hair. I definitely need to use more product next time, but also....I ain't trying to go through the products quickly. They were $30 and $38 a bottle....soooo yea.

I'm loc'd and took the quiz. They recommended the shampoos and the rice water & rose fermented treatment. I did say that I wanted to treat breakage and that I have lots of build up so that may be why. I've been dying for another Loc girl or guy to do a review before I pull the trigger so thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us. ❤

First lather never really lathers a lot because it’s lifting the dirt/oil/product etc… off the scalp. Second lather is what will provide a deeper clean etc…

Try diluting the product with water in another bottle to get more of a lather. That’s what I do with the Sisterlocks shampoo.

Perhaps wet your hair first and step away from the water. Then use enough products and massage without staying under the shower 😂😂😂 but more product is needed for locs… and wash twice 😂😂😂😂

Be careful when it comes to styles. You don’t want your hair to thin or cause your edges to thin

I do not think these products are good for locs because it releases the natural pattern that locking requires. I made the mistake of using that kind of moisturizing & my my locs started to unravel.
