Could you please make a video about what happens between Final interview and golden call and why do people get rejected after being asked for photos after final interview and why do they withdraw offer after golden call? Would really help all of us
Hi Kan! Answer truthfully, but put everything in past tense. You don't want the recruiter to think you've just applied now, as you're interviewing for Emirates. Even though, to be quite honest, this question is unprofessional and the recruiter should not ask. The questions the recruiter should limit herself to should be "do you have any other open interview processes? If yes, what stages of interviews are you in?". That's what I asked to my candidates, never accurate questions to which company they applied to (unless there was a necessity due to conflict of interest, other factors).
I applied for emirates and they invited me to the assessment day but I couldn’t join unfortunately bc the location was far away from me I send them an email back explaining for them my situation and they said that they didn’t have any available location now they kept sending me another location but this last time they tell me in the email : Upload photos to your profile as per our photo guidelines , as a form of preparation and without this step your application can not be processed…I really didn’t know what they mean did I need to upload new photos or what exactly bc when I applied I already uploaded my pictures there !!!!

Pretty sure it didn't yes. But it's difficult to say. There are so many aspects to take into consideration. But having a great CV is the best investment one can make for their application. It means a lot in so many stages and after the selection process too.

2 weeks ago I was rejected during the group activity process. The recruiter lady told that we are unable to apply in 3 months again as their rules. However, the next week there is gonna be a new open day and I wanna apply there again. Would they understand that I applied twice in 3 months? Do they keep my personal information? Maybe I can create a new username with a new e mail and attend again. @WishCasting can you please tell me what do you think? I really want this job and I really need experience.
I wouldn't do it. I caught many people changing their email, their data, and caught them. I personally wouldn't consider candidates that did this for a very long time.
Candidates who changed their credentials, CV look, or email address they applied with that I, after reviewing their changed CV a second time, came to the realization that it's just the same person, same experience, just attempting to make it through again and not respecting a well thought decision. I referred to that.

I don’t know what to do in this situation should I wait or I need to apply again

You should apply to a closer location yourself then. It's the only way to get invited.
