This lawn was one of the worst I have ever seen, with ivy growing all over the house and gutters, tall grass, and fence lines covered in brush and ivy. But I didn't let that stop me from giving it a complete makeover. The before and after shots speak for themselves, and you won't believe the difference.

Wow Holy crap..I would have been crying! Amazing job..literally that house was being swallowed.
That was a very labor intensive job. The homeowner may have been mowing he grass, but the volunteer trees and the vines have been growing untouched more than a year or two. The extra touch you added at the end re landscaping and planting the front was above and beyond. I hope the homeowner appreciates all you did. The transformation was worth the watch. Huge props to you for what you did. Did the news folks come back for an after shot?
That yard was really overgrown, shame I feel sorry for the lady staying there, I think it must have felt like a jail. I like that worked on the backlog and you restored this home back to a normal condition. They don't know when someone will offer help again, and the work you did, neatening and opening the home back to the neighborhood, will last a long time. The back deck was lost. That was very nice to make that area usable again. Good work undoing the vine invasion and stopping the damage. Enjoyed the restoration of the brick walkway and front door area. That made the house look good again. Liked your trick of kneeling on mulch bags while you spread it around.
Alex, you did an amazing job! My favorite part of that property is the brick sidewalk out front and the bushes you planted! You have a reservation in heaven! But, hopefully, not too soon!

You do an amazing job cleaning and clearing the homes and yard.
I have to say though my husband use to cut a lot of trees with a chain saw and always made sure it was well sharpened using a file. I noticed you use sawing motion a lot and this is actually working against you. The chain goes around virtually cutting and sawing and you cause more work fir yourself and the saw by doing this. Just let the saw do the work and the trees will come down quicker making less work for you. You are truly amazing all the extra work you do for people going beyond in all you do. Thank you. This yard was a disaster. Then you came alone. What an amazing job you did. I know this must have been a lot of time and effort. You went the EXTRA mile by planting new bushes and new dirt. The news should have done a story on such hard work and I'm glad they did. I know this lady had no sun light on the back of her house until you cut the overgrowth and got all the vines down which was about to cover her house very soon. God thing you came and did the yard. Always love the “sauce”. It is really amazing how much larger and open this yard turned out to be after you cleared away all the volunteer trees and cleared the fence lines. Without a doubt when you cut and remove so much brush and volunteer trees it’s a immediate gratifying change. What facelift you gave that previously sad house, it’s now warm and welcoming. This lady was blessed when you answered the call for help. A big rescue for the home and it’s owner. Well done, Mow It Well did it once again.
