Archaeologist William Matthew Flinders Petrie-spent 46 years of his long life in Egypt. He was called the father of Egyptian archaeology. Pitri conducted archaeological work in more than 30 pyramids, five pyramids he opened and established their belonging,and in one of them even found a treasure. This was the pyramid of the Shining Senusert in the town of El-Lahun.
