Love your curly hair advice ! 🥰 I used to have longer & much thicker hair. It looked a lot like yours. Idk if it’s age ( over 40) or if it’s been just health issues but, lost a lot of hair. Is there any older curly haired women you could get advice from to share about aging, thinning, & graying curly hair? LOL Even some hair styling tricks for us more “mature” women would be great too! 😉

Love your videos 😍💕 my hair changed over the years due to getting older and my length is longer so it used to be curly but heat damage for years in my teen and 20's, aging, and longer hair my hair is a mixed texture of curly wavy 〰️ type in top to mids the. A slight spiral towards the ends😅 I don't mind love it. Love your videos 😍💕

I used a clarifying shampoo for the first time in nearly a year. Made a huge difference.
Really struggling with diffusing, been working on technique because I was doing all the wrong things, maybe it’s because I bought a cheap diffuser 🤷‍♀️ send help 😬

Thank you so much for this information. I am an Apostolic women who’s hair grew six inches in the last year and a half. What you have described is exactly what my hair is doing.
Now, this is my question to you. Should I use the Suave conditioner or can I still use my Sulfate free Cantù Conditioner? Much love here from CT.

The coconut conditioner from suave is silicone free (that’s the only one) but you don’t have to use a silicone is you’re using a sulfate to clarify! Using a silicone free conditioner is better right after you clarify, because there isn’t any silicones that will coat the strands! I usually don’t use a silicone until I scrunch out the crunch one my hair is 100% dry after styling 😄
