Love fresh summer veggies! It’s hard to choose a favorite.. I love them all. I’m especially fond of beets tho (don’t know if they’re grown in the summer!). And corn & zucchini. I was amazed that the carrots were bigger than the corn! That young corn was so incredibly tiny! But looked so delicious! Loved to see what you cooked with the fresh produce you got. Your vegan lunch and veggie filled dinner looked great! What a tasty day! Btw- hope you had a wonderful anniversary!
