I worked in restaurants and I agree charisma matters all round
I’ve seen nice/charismatic customers get the wrong meal and get it fixed quick easy and no problem..
But on the other hand I’ve seen super rude customers get the wrong meal and their food gets spit in, sat off to the side and reheated, sent back late and the rude customers day just keeps getting worse probably lol

I remember a dude who owned a sports bets casino in my city, he saw me talking to different girls on the street he had his business on. The front door was always open up to this point (important info). He tried to get under my skin several times already.
One day he was standing in front of his bar and clearly talking sht about me together with his buddy. All giggling and mocking me. So, as I walked back and forth on this street, I saw his buddy walking towards me and kinda staring me down/having a mocky face; there was a fine bich riding a bike in my direction and to piss this mofo off, I approached her, talked a for little, moved on. Now I am walking back on the same street, by his bar, and what happened? The door was shut 😂😂😂😂
I laughed hard at this, cause I think he was getting nervous, as like a week before that I approached one of the girls working there, and he didnt like it LOL true story

Meanwhile in Communist Sydney Australia. I was asked to leave a bar after several complaints. So I chatted to women outside the venue and even across the street. The nasty manager was watching me on camera and actually walked across the street and she told me that she was going to call police. I said I'm doing nothing wrong and she has no right to tell me what to do in a public area. I think she needs help

Use online haters and trolls as detectors for weakness, lack of things and inner conflicts you have and carry.
Simply detect, localize and define what they make you feel, think, imagine, do, say, behave... and you already will be in the positive, on profit from such interaction. :)
If you happen to use that info and continue further as to resolve it, learn from it, fulfill it, etc... whatever is needed... you will become the big dog in no time, you won't even realize how one day you will look back and see you've become it.
You are the game because you create everything within your life using Life as the source of resources.
Learn the game and play on god mode, builder mode, creator mode or programmer mode.

My acc I had for over 7 years got terminated for engaging with trolls two days ago, exactly what Jeff is saying I did come up on my own that I don't need to be right, I don't need last word, I'm not going to change them but I had to reply, I got dragged into a mud fight.
