Mutant was a real bitch to do, others I was more concernd with style. For mutant I needed a patern to stick to. Mutant is really fun but the at 6 DI I had to be signifigantly less creative due to his attacks low damage and low hitstun. I had to abuse techdodges not ending the combo and pounces as virtually the only attacks that could carry me. Cowboy had to use the lasso and bullets a LOT. Robot is easy, Wizard was fun.

I was hoping that the robot combo was just gonna be level 9 kp
every other character with like 68-85 hit comboes and robot just has a one hit kill

you can spam trycatch normal variant in a corner and just microadjust the DI until it kills
At 6 DI he might start pushing too hard, anyhow, I'll have to try this.
@@mudsson6486 robot is the one in the corner so you cant be pushed away, use opponents di to keep getting him in range

You can definitely see how limited your options were to keep Mutant going. I don't play, but does this speak to some kind of balance issue or is Mutant just built for a different playstyle that isn't very combo oriented?
Mutant is able to microadjust his positioning and get up in your face very well, but he had some significant downsides.
While not relevant here, he has 10% less health.
He does very low damage. And his hits, save for a few, do lower hitstun
Many of his upsides and unique pros are not relevant in a combo demonstration. No vaulting over enemy projectiles, no unblockable sneak attack, and most importantly not a lot of super bar.
Im not an expert but i have been told by pros that they agree mutant is kinda weak.
It is also possible however due to inexperience on my part I was unable to do it.
Tl:Dr mutant can combo well but his damage and hitstun are very low and I am inexperienced at him
Most of mutants moves are actually relatively quick, and hes way harder to read due to juke. And you can use as many pips as you want to juke, so long as you make sure you hit the combo first, and then at that point its easy to regain all pips. Im a cowboy main myself and altho i usually win against mutant i did actually lose a couple matches. So hes good. Unless he wastes all his pips without ensuring a combo
Mutant is fast so he gets a lot of combos and they have to be shorter for him not to be OP

Just do Cowboy and select impale every turn and make the opponent tech dodge whenever available

Anyway what I meant to say is I clicked off the video almost imediatly as I saw you using alot of DI which is boring anyone can do that, interesting would be doing it with no DI and brainstorming the most cancerous combo in existence
