- On May 1, 2014, the acclaimed bass-baritone Eric Owens gave a master class at The Juilliard School. The four Juilliard students chosen to participate were sopranos Julia Bullock and Mary Feminear, baritone Takaoki Onishi, and bass Önay Köse. The class, which was streamed live online, concluded with a Q&A.
