Try Obsidian AI with copilot plugin linked to an Openrouter account with Claude 3 opus beta as default model. You can let the LLM snapshot your entire project or work with as many or as few individual files as you want.
Yeah, you can use any model pretty much. You just add api keys. And for paid models just use openrouter api and set default model there. The obsidian plugin is called copilot and the dev has a video about it on youtube.

I like notebookLM a lot. Before I go full steam on it, I want to give Notion AI a try. The idea is that most of my knowledge and research is already in Notion and their q&a feature is built so you can have conversation with it. My early tests aren't conclusive, I'm waiting to have access to the q&a feature (I'm on waitlist) to decide. Thanks for another inspiring video!

Appreciate it. And, there are better tools for this kind of workflow. I would check out Cassidy AI. You could also set up an automation with Zapier, Claude’s API (or ChatGPT) and your email tool.
Some weirdness. First, the Google Docs you upload are, in fact, uploads, and if you change the content in the source document, it does not appear to update in your notebook. I've been unsuccessful at using the upload from Drivce to upload anything except Google Docs ( no sheets or PDF files ). How about just letting me create one Google Drive folder and loading that folder with all the documents I want to use as opposed to uploading them one by one.

Similar, but I wouldn't want to have to create a GPT every time I have a different project. Of course, you could create one GPT for everything you're doing in terms of content creation. It's also ease of use. Not many people know how to create a GPT.
Funny you ask because I’m thinking about doing a video on the AI Studio. I love it. I think for accessibility and ease of use for most, NotebookLM is what I’d recommend. For more advanced, I’d recommend AI Studio.

I agree that it's kind of hard to describe, hopefully the video helps with that. Biggest difference for me is that you can create your own personal knowledge base of information for each notebook. I'm using it for each UA-cam video and each weekly email newsletter.

I love Perplexity, too. I use Perplexity for all my research gathering. The difference for me with NotebookLM is the ability to create your own personal knowledge base per notebook/project. Respectfully, I think you´re using the term "unique" a wrong or misleading way. 99% of all AI writing tools can generate "unique" content but that doesn´t mean it´s content you would like to publish on your money site. There´s a big difference between "unique" and "high quality"; I believe it´s what you´re referring to.
Notebook LM doesn’t support any actual datasets. You’re not fine tuning anything based on “your style”. You’re simply uploading content to be retrieved using context injection. All that does is allow you to basically google your own notes with some NLP summary. The Ai model is literally unchanged by your data. So how does this help you write in your own style? It doesn’t. Because your style isn’t a concept the LLM is built around without a fine tune. You haven’t even begun solving your actual objective with this and it all seems like a huge waste of time overthinking what you can do already in Notion or Craft, or any other markdown app these days.
Appreciate you sharing your thoughts. The video isn’t about style, it’s about helping create unique content. For me, I’ve not been impressed so far with Notion’s AI search but I’m hopeful it gets better as it’s still in beta.

I have several custom GPT's setup that work together with a series of Python scripts that I asked ChatGPT 4 to write for me that automates every step of the process in generating images, animating, writing and editing my UA-cam videos. It also tracks eye movement and uses polynomial regression to translate that to mouse movements on the screen. ChatGPT is truly a world changing tech.

The real "bullshit" is the presenter's attempt to portray a glorified note-taking app as a revolutionary AI content generator, when in reality it simply regurgitates information from your own uploaded sources without any true creative input or finished content production capabilities (at least not yet). The video is essentially a long-winded sales pitch trying to convince viewers that a fairly basic tool is a game-changer for content creators.
It made me very upset that i got super hyped up for this, watched your whole video, only to find out it's Only available in the US... That would have been a very nice disclaimer to have at the start of the video...

Haven’t experienced any hallucinations at all. It’s been great for me pulling ideas from my notes as I keep a lot of notes in my google docs.

You can def upload transcripts as long as they are formatted in the way I mention in the video. You can then ask questions to your transcript. 👍

I actually tried Notebook LLM, and it was far from expectation. It cannot even do basic search operations correctly. This is like RAG.

The modern ones can learn on the fly too, ur data can be sent to their servers and later used for training the next version of the model
