Interesting, when Kelly and Brandon we’re getting married at the end of the previous season they got a letter sent jointly from Dylan and Brenda sending their best regards and stating that maybe they could meet up somewhere in Europe for Kelly and Brandon‘s honeymoon!! Inconsistent storyline, obviously made up for the purpose that Luke came back and Shannen did not. As a father I guess, I’m saying Kelly and Brandon. Dylan’s an addict; he’s always going to be an addict. Dylan’s the bad boy. Dylan’s going to want Kelly and Kelly’s going to want Dylan but Kelly’s going to be better off with Brandon. But Kelly’s always going to be fantasizing about Dylan. I think that’s just how it is. It’s your typical “girls want bad boys,” even though they’re bad for them." and also later in the interview states how messed up it was that the new 90210 writers broke Dylan and Kelly up, and had no business ripping apart what they created. After reading things like that, it's hard to imagine that Rosin would ever actually tell you who he wanted with Dylan, and Mollin clearly states in here that even when Kelly's with someone else, she's gunna want Dylan, and Dylan is gunna want her, something all Dylan and Kelly fans say as an argument for DK and why they are meant to be, yet get told time and time again that, that's not true by BD fans because apparently that what the writers are trying to tell us about Brenda and Dylan. That they're meant to be, and they have this connection that will always draw them back to each other, and anyone in their way (Kelly) is just second choice. Well where is your evidence? I just gave you mine showing that that's not true, and is actually the other way around... where's yours? They could have done that regardless if Shannon came back or not. +sophia cromwell plus, by the time season 3 came about, the chemistry between the luke and jennie was very strong which made a very real relationship. The writers liked it, they wouldn't have written the soulmate thing otherwise, that was season 3! Long before Shannon left. The writers went where they felt their characters should go, and sometimes that chemistry makes for a better ending. Good writers do sniff out their characters and actors, which is why in BH they did not have any 'set in stone' couples. Season 3 obviously made them pro dylan and kelly, and even though they switched it up, they preferred this and so do I. Another brilliant example is Friends. They originally thought of Joey and Monica being the show's couple, but after witnessing the chemistry between David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston, they decided Ross and Rachel were a better idea. SO there you go.

Writers are not dumb! they see whats happening. They didn't just have Dylan chose Kelly in season 3 because "Brenda didn't show up at Jack's party" like seriously, what even is that argument? I see that everywhere. I think that's BD fans main argument because they don't know how to rationalize, if Dylan and Brenda were so meant to be, and he loved her sooo much more than Kelly, why didn't he chose Brenda? But they should be asking themselves, why was this even a battle to begin with, why did he even cheat in the first place? Like honestly, if the BD fans just watch season 3 from an objective stand point, it's pretty obvious who he's gunna chose. Clearly they decided that Monica and Chandler had better chemistry as well. I think I read something about that, they meant for Chandler and Monica to only hook up, but they ended up liking them so much, they kept it, or something like that!
yeah that's smart writers. Tell me about it, I wish Brenda and Brandon fans would do some research. Jennie herself said as much as she loves Kelly with Brandon she believes that Kelly belongs with Dylan. Her exact words were "They have a very passionate relationship and when they think it's over, it's never really over. They always find their way back to each other. Kelly ultimately belongs with Dylan." When an interviewer asked Luke Perry if he wanted Dylan to end up with Kelly. He said yes. Also one of the writers stated in an interview that a lot of people misunderstand their relationship. Dylan didn't choose Kelly because of fancy clothes or anything that shallow. He chose her over Brenda because they had "sympatico psyches" They share a bond (connection) that no one else understands due to similar upbringing and backgrounds. Aaron Spelling on the BH finale said "This is not a cliff hanger, we want to see them together, we want to see the gang together." Jennie Garth said her relationship with Luke is very passionate which is why their chemistry is so good (explains why the writers took a liking to it) she even said "Luke is very possessive over my attention, much like Dylan is with Kelly. He hates it when I have to do scenes with Jason (Priestly) I think ignorance is bliss for some. But we don't belittle their other relationships, yet anti dk fans always do that, because they don't have as many facts to go on. It really annoys me, just do some research. It was hard to find the cast and crew commenting on the show but it's out there. Another writer said, that Luke came into his office after season 3 and said "Can't I start doing stuff with Jen" and Steve (a writer of the show) said YES,let's do it. They thought it was a brilliant idea, they had no idea how successful it would be, but they said the relationship blew up and they loved them together. They also did not like the fans saying it was a shallow relationship or just about sex, because it was a much deeper connection. And as you said earlier, thus, why they didn't want to set any couple in stone, because they had yet to see the chemistry. Luke said he loves doing the physical scenes with her and that they will always share an attraction for each other. (So that explains the undeniable chemistry that got the writers hooked.) and fun fact for our fellow DK fans Luke, having been very open about his attraction to Jen, also said she was a great kisser (which is why he loved filming their love scenes.) Jen said that out of all the guys she thinks Jason is the best kisser, but she is very connected with Luke. Out of all the bad boys she had to kiss she said he was the best, she also said in that same interview "When Luke is kissing you, you forget about everything else." When someone tried to say that the show was likely to be cancelled without brenda and brandon, Luke quickly stopped those rumors and said, they've had their issues with us since season 1, nothing to do with the actors. During the 'sexiest scene of the show' as they call it, (the pool) Luke indirectly implied having a boner, after pulling Jen close to stay warm. So, I guess with chemistry like that, no wonder season 3 was such a hit. And that explains why they decided they were better as the endgame couple. And judging by the way they spoke of season 3, I think they had started considering it since then. Plus it says a lot about Dylan, that he never cheated on Kelly, despite being tempted. All the characters have done that. But Dylan is someone who usually does not think twice, and yet Kelly is the one girl he did not cheat on. And as you said, with Kelly he had no thought of anyone else, no matter how many times Kelly would stop it.
I know, BD arguments are really pathetic because all the facts are out there, I'm sorry it didn't work out the way you wanted but that's that, no need to post so much hate. You know when I started watching One tree hill I loved Lucas with Brooke, like so much. I did not hate on Peyton when they were about to cheat, and I didn't go mental, I just realised that it doesn't change the fact that they once loved each other, they just weren't meant to be, or meant to last. Brenda fans can't say that. Brenda and Brandon fans also make all these anti videos, like seriously? DK fans don't need to belittle other relationships to prove DK are meant to be. Things don't work out and things change, usually for the better. I also find it funny when they try to act like Dylan and Kelly fights are why they're incompatible, when if you're mature enough, you know that Kelly has a lot of intimacy issues and she's insecure. They both falling in love and it's a lot for characters like them to handle, the fighting shows their passion for each other. I'd pick that over being Brenda and having my boyfriend cheat on me, feeling no remorse, and even when I'm back, still be fantasizing about being with someone else. I think it's worse for them when the cast and crew agree with us. Also one of the writers said, this wasn't a fling. This was the summer where Dylan and Kelly fall in love. That's another thing BD fans try to say, that it wasn't love.
Me personally I was always a big fan of Kelly and Dylan couple but I hate to say it with all my heart even though that I did love the fact that they ended up together I have a fat feet in the only reason why they end up together what cousin simple fact that Brandon and Brenda left the show but I am happy they ended up together

+sophia cromwell plus, by the time season 3 came about, the chemistry between the luke and jennie was very strong which made a very real relationship. The writers liked it, they wouldn't have written the soulmate thing otherwise, that was season 3! Long before Shannon left. The writers went where they felt their characters should go, and sometimes that chemistry makes for a better ending. Good writers do sniff out their characters and actors, which is why in BH they did not have any 'set in stone' couples. Season 3 obviously made them pro dylan and kelly, and even though they switched it up, they preferred this and so do I.
Another brilliant example is Friends. They originally thought of Joey and Monica being the show's couple, but after witnessing the chemistry between David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston, they decided Ross and Rachel were a better idea. SO there you go.

Writers are not dumb! they see whats happening. They didn't just have Dylan chose Kelly in season 3 because "Brenda didn't show up at Jack's party" like seriously, what even is that argument? I see that everywhere. I think that's BD fans main argument because they don't know how to rationalize, if Dylan and Brenda were so meant to be, and he loved her sooo much more than Kelly, why didn't he chose Brenda? But they should be asking themselves, why was this even a battle to begin with, why did he even cheat in the first place? Like honestly, if the BD fans just watch season 3 from an objective stand point, it's pretty obvious who he's gunna chose. But still, time and time again, I constantly see that argument, like okay guys, yea, he chose Kelly because Brenda wasn't there, and then stayed in a relationship with her for another year and a half.. come on guys, Dylan chose Kelly, get over it, it's been 23 years, stop trying to twist it to make it look like it's something its not.
Also great example, I was trying to think of more when I was writing it because I know there are tons, but I was drawing a blank. Clearly they decided that Monica and Chandler had better chemistry as well. I think I read something about that, they meant for Chandler and Monica to only hook up, but they ended up liking them so much, they kept it, or something like that!
yeah that's smart writers. Tell me about it, I wish Brenda and Brandon fans would do some research. Jennie herself said as much as she loves Kelly with Brandon she believes that Kelly belongs with Dylan. Her exact words were "They have a very passionate relationship and when they think it's over, it's never really over. They always find their way back to each other. Kelly ultimately belongs with Dylan."
When an interviewer asked Luke Perry if he wanted Dylan to end up with Kelly. He said yes.
Also one of the writers stated in an interview that a lot of people misunderstand their relationship. Dylan didn't choose Kelly because of fancy clothes or anything that shallow. He chose her over Brenda because they had "sympatico psyches" They share a bond (connection) that no one else understands due to similar upbringing and backgrounds.
Aaron Spelling on the BH finale said "This is not a cliff hanger, we want to see them together, we want to see the gang together."
Jennie Garth said her relationship with Luke is very passionate which is why their chemistry is so good (explains why the writers took a liking to it) she even said "Luke is very possessive over my attention, much like Dylan is with Kelly. He hates it when I have to do scenes with Jason (Priestly)
I think ignorance is bliss for some. But we don't belittle their other relationships, yet anti dk fans always do that, because they don't have as many facts to go on. It really annoys me, just do some research. It was hard to find the cast and crew commenting on the show but it's out there.
Another writer said, that Luke came into his office after season 3 and said "Can't I start doing stuff with Jen" and Steve (a writer of the show) said YES,let's do it. They thought it was a brilliant idea, they had no idea how successful it would be, but they said the relationship blew up and they loved them together. They also did not like the fans saying it was a shallow relationship or just about sex, because it was a much deeper connection.
And as you said earlier, thus, why they didn't want to set any couple in stone, because they had yet to see the chemistry.
Luke said he loves doing the physical scenes with her and that they will always share an attraction for each other. (So that explains the undeniable chemistry that got the writers hooked.)

Luke, having been very open about his attraction to Jen, also said she was a great kisser (which is why he loved filming their love scenes.)
Jen said that out of all the guys she thinks Jason is the best kisser, but she is very connected with Luke. Out of all the bad boys she had to kiss she said he was the best, she also said in that same interview "When Luke is kissing you, you forget about everything else."
When someone tried to say that the show was likely to be cancelled without brenda and brandon, Luke quickly stopped those rumors and said, they've had their issues with us since season 1, nothing to do with the actors.
During the 'sexiest scene of the show' as they call it, (the pool) Luke indirectly implied having a boner, after pulling Jen close to stay warm.
So, I guess with chemistry like that, no wonder season 3 was such a hit. And that explains why they decided they were better as the endgame couple. And judging by the way they spoke of season 3, I think they had started considering it since then.
Plus it says a lot about Dylan, that he never cheated on Kelly, despite being tempted. All the characters have done that. But Dylan is someone who usually does not think twice, and yet Kelly is the one girl he did not cheat on. And as you said, with Kelly he had no thought of anyone else, no matter how many times Kelly would stop it.
I know, BD arguments are really pathetic because all the facts are out there, I'm sorry it didn't work out the way you wanted but that's that, no need to post so much hate. You know when I started watching One tree hill I loved Lucas with Brooke, like so much. I did not hate on Peyton when they were about to cheat, and I didn't go mental, I just realised that it doesn't change the fact that they once loved each other, they just weren't meant to be, or meant to last. Brenda fans can't say that.
Brenda and Brandon fans also make all these anti videos, like seriously? DK fans don't need to belittle other relationships to prove DK are meant to be.
Things don't work out and things change, usually for the better.
I also find it funny when they try to act like Dylan and Kelly fights are why they're incompatible, when if you're mature enough, you know that Kelly has a lot of intimacy issues and she's insecure. They both falling in love and it's a lot for characters like them to handle, the fighting shows their passion for each other. I'd pick that over being Brenda and having my boyfriend cheat on me, feeling no remorse, and even when I'm back, still be fantasizing about being with someone else.
I think it's worse for them when the cast and crew agree with us.
Also one of the writers said, this wasn't a fling. This was the summer where Dylan and Kelly fall in love. That's another thing BD fans try to say, that it wasn't love.

Me personally I was always a big fan of Kelly and Dylan couple but I hate to say it with all my heart even though that I did love the fact that they ended up together I have a fat feet in the only reason why they end up together what cousin simple fact that Brandon and Brenda left the show but I am happy they ended up together

Dylan treated Kel like crap when Bren was still there & u actually believe he's all of a sudden so in love with her season 5, PLEASE! Lol.
