Poor Tracey didn't really stand a chance coming in after that one :-). I like Brandon with Kelly. Never really thought he was her second best option; I just think she didn't want to come between him and Dylan, given that she knew what it felt like to lose a best friend over a relationship. Once she knew Dylan was with Brenda, she no longer felt like she had choose between them and went straight for Brandon. Like she always wanted to - like she also tried to get him back after she chose herself.

I think Kelly and Brandon would have made a great married couple but I think Kelly can never really let go of Dylan in her heart although Brandon would have made a way better husband for her. I do believe the show was written for Dylan and Kelly to be together who are two rich screwed up kids who really understood each other like no one can. Afterall Kelly did have a son with Dylan even though they have not ended up together as of yet. If the show was to have a sequel of them in their adulthood now I would like to see Dylan and Kelly finally getting married and have more kids together. With Dylan's $10 million inheritance they can live a very happy life together. Then when they have another reboot of 90210 in the future it can be about the kids of the original characters. By the way does Kelly & Dylan = Kellan?
Actually Kelly did opt for second best at the end....Dylan (like OK Dylan, you'll do coz Brandon is in Washington)....but if Brandon came back, we know exactly where she will go and it;s not Dylan. BUT Kelly isn't with either of them so case closed

Dylan was NOT getting pissed drunk and doing drugs, with all his destructive behaviour because of Brenda, please... got get over yourself.. He was destructive and was back to drinking because the only family he had left just scammed him and took all his money... The most important think to Dylan was family and being loved by a family, hence his attachment to the Walshes, so yea that destroyed him. He had no money, or family. He mentioned Brenda one time after she called him and told him she wasn't coming back, and he only said something because it was one more thing that would be there for him, like great she was suppose to be someone I had and now I really have no one... He even said to Brandon at one point when Brandon mentions Brenda, something like "She feels like such a long time ago, they all do, like people I knew in high school, except for you, and Kel",Dylan could of said anything about Brenda, but that is probably one of the worst things, especially since he said at one point to her she would never be just someone he knew in high school after his dad died.. Also he didn't go crawling back to Kelly after he heard Brenda wasn't coming back.. where did that come from.. It was only when he went to rehab and got sober he started chasing Kelly again because he had time to think and he realized, and I quote, "I realized a lot of my problems started right when I lost you" so if anything, if you really want to make his destructive behaviour about a girl, it was about him losing Kelly, cuz that's when it all started, not when he realized Brenda wasn't coming home, it started way be for that..
