1.5 cups. Water ( same cup with rice )
1 pc. coriander root
3 cloves. Garlic
4 pcs. Shallot
3 pcs. Sliced ginger
1 tsp. Sugar
20 g. Unsalted Butter
1 tsp. Salt
Vegetable oil
4 pcs. Chicken thigh

Batter : Crispy flour mix with cool water
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tbsp. Light soy sauce
🟠Chicken rice sauce
30g. Ginger
25g. Garlic
coriander leaves
6 pcs. Hot chili
5 tbsp. Soy bean paste
4 tbsp. Sugar
