- After visiting the Santa Barbara Community in the Spring of 2015 Sh. Salek gave early morning and late night classes in which he taught the basics of faith. In this short clip he is shown performing the ritual ablution called wudu, a more proper translation of it would be lustration, the Arabic word of which is wudu or illuminating the body and soul. It is the pre-prayer. We recommend everyone to watch this every week to strengthen this worship.

Wish I could perform wudu this fast... it takes me almost 20+ minutes to perform a "quick" wudu.
Sounds like you may have waswasa. It use to take me like an hour. You need to perform everything one time and once you wash everything once, move onto the next step. No matter what, don’t go back or tell yourself that something isn’t washed. Do this and eventually the waswasa will go away. Alhamdulilah now I can do Wudu in a minute if I want.
