Pellet grill temp was 250 degrees F for this cook.
@ This is an old video, but I believe it was 3.5 hours roughly. Took quite a bit of time to climb that last 10 degrees.
Wow that looks good I have the same smoker I have alot of trouble with it going out in smoke setting then when I turn it up it overloads and it literally blows up. It blows the lid open. I was wondering if you had any problems like this or any advice to help me out. I did a bbq rubbed Turkey on Christmas it was amazing Thanks
@@ChalkyHonky stop using the p settings it's a gimmick. if you want more smoke get a smoke tube. i have never had any issues staying at 250.
Can you post a printable recipie please?
You are so slow and most people won't stick around for the results but speed it up hell
Iv made meatzza for years! And smoking it on a pellet grill tonight for the 1st time. I know I'm gonna absolutely love it. A pellet grill hasn't let me down in since iv got it a 2 months ago. I will never use a stove again!
Sounds good Angela!
I use parchment paper to form it on, keeping the paper under it you can lift it with the paper helping to support it. Then just roll it off the paper onto the grill.
Good tip
8:34 that looks Yummy . And so does the food
Thanks
I made this today because I saw your video the other day. The only thing I can say is, Thank you kind man for sharing this and making the world a much better place. It was AWESOME! Happy Independence Day!!!
Really appreciate your feedback and glad it worked out for you. Happy 4th! 🇺🇸
Indeed. I second your comment.
Pizza, that’s more like a super meatloaf!
Looks great!
Thanks!
Found this while waiting on my pitboss to come to temp to make some pizzas, this looks amazing!
Thanks Douglas!
OMG!!!! I followed your cherry glaze for ham on Christmas and it was the best ham I ever tasted! Doing ribs today and going to try this very soon!!!!
Glad the ham worked out for you.
When it comes to certain ingredients in cooking, there is never a thing called to much.
Like bacon!
She looks like Kerri Silver from Reno 911.....or am I tripping? Love the video man.
You're the second person who has said that in the last 2 weeks. So, it must be so!
Definitely. 💯% Match
I just stumbled across your channel, Onion bombs first. Nice! My family is known for BBQ abilities starting with my father. He died 40 years ago! He always taught me ,rare was one beer, medium rare was two. But he never allowed past that!
To see your T Shirt really brought back memories! Thanks!
Sounds like a good man! Happy Thanksgiving.
I have been making Bacon Explosions for the last two years and I love this pizza variant… I will shoot to make one next week! I wonder if you can get a whole tube of pepperoni and Long slice it like bacon and interlace it in with the bacon, weave, alternating bacon and pepperoni!
Let me know if you do that. Sounds very interesting!
It'll probably kill me or at least maim me, but i MUST make one of those! That may be the most awesome cooking thing I've seen.
Thanks so much! Hope you give it a try.
I'm sitting here drooling showing my wife. I try to do keto because of my diabetes and this is right up my alley. Very little carbs and lots of protein. Thank You for sharing! _uckin Awesome!!!
Much thanks! Really appreciate you watching and your kind words.
If you’re thinking about this while being diabetic then you might as well dig a hole for yourself now. It might be worth it.
@@kingpickle3712 not sure you know how diabetes works. Carbs are the bane of diabetes, not fat and all of the other really bad stuff in this lol
That looks absolutely delicious, I'm gonna have to try this one. Keep up the great work my friend.
Much thanks! Enjoy your Sunday.
Shit do look bustin
Thanks for the tutorial on the weave, way more better than the way I was doing it. I always try to do my smoking below 180 for at least an hour before I crank it up. An old tennesee BBQ master taught me and seems to really get better smoke penetration.
That is a good idea. Low temps provide more smoke flavor for sure.
Definitely on my list! Never gave it a pizza spin before, makes perfect sense! Awesome!
Thank you. Enjoy the Super Bowl!
Today is the day I try this one out!
Let me know what ya think
Looks amazing!! Now I have to wait until Spring to do this on my Traeger. Too cold in Illinois for my electric smoker. They don't make a blanket for the big grill unfortunately. This looks absolutely awesome 👌
Thanks!
You can pickup a welding blanket for those cold winter months. Works great to keep the heat in
@@mattminard6181 I will try that. Thank you
I make a similar one and I just call it bacon cheeseburger and it's my own creation and I use the bacon weave with more chopped bacon inside and then hamburger fixings like pickles and onions and ketchup and mustard inside
Sounds good. I've thought about doing s cheeseburger version.
When food is so good, eating it makes you laugh
So true!
Looks great...I've had pickled jalapenos but I've never even heard of candied jalapenos...I'm going to have to try this. 😊
Thanks Jason
I go through a jar of Mrs. Renfro's every two weeks or so. I like them with almost anything. Not sure if they're quite the same as candied, but they're definitely sweet jalapenos.
Man this came out fantastic. I can see all kinds of potential with this joker.
Thanks Jaxx. We had plenty of leftovers.
Looks great Jeff. You know it's gonna happen up here.
You can change it up to make it your own.
@@Armadillopepper you know I do, but the inspiration comes from you! I have an idea for a truly Canadian fatty. Not gonna tell you what it is until I've tried it. If it works it could be beyond disgusting. If that happens I'll give you the recipe.
Harissa is the bomb! I mix it with honey and put it on chicken and pork.
Sounds good!
@@Armadillopepper makes some killer taco meat, either pork or chicken, then some "pickled" cabbage and onion on top. Just apple cider vinegar and sugar to marinate the veg for an hour or two. Just watched your onion bombs tonight too...new sub here for sure! Just bought my first pellet smoker this weekend and need all the help I can get, so thank you!
OMG! I did a stuffed oak tenderloin pizza roll my self today! Yours looks awesome Jeff!
Great idea on the pizza tenderloin.
When the video started I was like No, No, No,. Then I was surprised. I have made bacon bombs before. Never thought you would get at the stuffing in and still wrap it. Nicely done.
Thanks. It is always tempting to add too much stuffing.
Wow looks very delicious 😋 thanks for sharing 🤩 stay connected 🥰
Thanks!
We just got our 2nd pit boss pellet smoker, the Lockhart with the smoker cabinet. Doing 1st smoke on it rn. That looks mighty tasty!!
Sounds nice and congrats!
This is a must try along with the breakfast fatty. Your vids are the best
Thanks Gary. I liked this better than traditional pizza, but I'm not a big bread eater.
I definitely see this going well with eggs.
Gonna have to make me one of these , maybe different stuffing ingredients but that’s cooking
Make it your own Scott
Gonna have to try this out.looks amazing
It's a really fun cook.
This actually looks perfect. Can’t wait to try it on my Weber Smokey Mountain. I’m just too damn old and stubborn to use a pellet grill
Nothing wrong with that. If I could only keep one of my cookers it would be the Kamado.
That looks fantastic!
Much thanks!
Awesome recipe Jeff, saw this beauty on your Instagram feed, then came over to YT to check out the process!!
Enjoy the game!!
Thanks Chris. We're watching the game and have some martinis.
That looks so good
Thanks Ian!
ive done a ton of bacon weaves defiantly goanna try this
Let us know what you think.
Looks great thank you for making this video! Cheers!
Appreciate your feedback Jonathan.
I am getting meat sweats just watching. Looks good.
Thanks Chad!
Full send...you win
Thanks!
New guy here, Jeff got talent!!! Love this fatty smoke pizza recipe. Looks awesome from a guy in Virginia!
Thanks for stopping by Colonel!
Nice. Looks delicious
Killer recipe Jeff!! I would make a sandwich with this the next day!! Home Run bud!!!!
Hey Rob, That is exactly what we did. Have an awesome Super Bowl Sunday buddy!
Looks delicious (in Canada we call it peameal bacon) 😊
Thank you. I've never heard of peameal bacon.
I wonder if Americans think they're eating some sort of imported Canadian meat when they're eating back bacon/peameal? lol
Looks frickin greet and delicious ❤man
Thanks!
Oh yea. Love the toppings you chose. Canadian bacon is so good in pizza. Or in this case a pizza fatty. Lol. This is awesome!!
Thanks Ian! Have a rockin' Super Bowl Sunday.
@@Armadillopepper you too brother. I am dropping part 1 of my 2 super bowl videos now. Hot wing challenge. And it was HOT!
oddly, you won't find peameal/back bacon as an option at basically any pizza place in Canada....eggs benedict is pretty much the only time peameal makes an appearance on my plate!
delicious!
Thanks
@@Armadillopepper What wood do you use to smoke beef?
Wheres the crust?
Sounds tasty
Thanks David. Give this a try.
Looks so good! Your recipes rock. Is the house next to you for sale by chance? 😂
Thanks Chad. We do share with the neighbors quite regularly.
we call it ham here in Canada. lol looks great buddy
Thanks Petey!
Wow great work 👌👌👌
Thanks 🙏
One word YUM
Thanks Amy!
This looks like a meat loaf than a pizza. Great idea
Looks awesome!
Thanks Sarah! Hope you're having an awesome week.
It's like an American version of the braciole lol 👍
Had to look it up. I see it's made with flank steak and even horse. What is the best?
@@Armadillopepper I've never heard of it made with horse before 😳 It's just an Italian dish served with gravy (pasta sauce). I use any type of thinly sliced beef; the cut itself doesn't matter much because it's cooked for a long period of time.
I just Googled it. Anybody can write anything in the Internet. 😀
Pizza sauce??
Thought i was going to watch a you tube about pizza fatty instead its just another meat log? it does look delicious though thanks for the recipe.
thanks
Thanks for your feedback
He got Trudy from Reno 911 to taste test.
That's hilarious
I give this 2 👍👍. 😋
If only I had a third hand. 😂
Thanks!😁
I can't find this recipe on your website. Please add.
Hmm, I wonder if parchment paper would work better than wax paper for being able to roll that up. It looks so amazing!
Thanks
Nicely Done 🔥
Thanks Anthony!
Yummy 😋
Thanks!
Trying to figure out to make a hawian pizza... I am thinking I need to smoke the pineapple core 1st for the part. Need to determine the internal temp.
We have one on our channel. You can watch it here ua-cam.com/video/s6ZUK7frm74/v-deo.html
Where does one get the pork BBQ rub that was in this video??
Looks delicious, the pizza fatty doesn’t look to bad either!
Go Canes!!!!
Definitely delicious!
Looks awesome ! just bought a pellet smoker last week what flavor pellets did you use ?
I don't honestly remember, but I use apple pellets a lot.
It’s on the Traeger this weekend
Hope you enjoy it
mannn that looks good! gotta try
Thanks Robert. Let me know how you like it.
@@Armadillopepper You're welcome and I definitely will!
That looks like a heart attack worth having!
Everything in moderation 😄
Maybe you should look up the health benefits of eating meat…..look up carnivore way of eating
@@bubandjam No man, Im good. I already eat like a carnivore, and I'm totally fine with it. It's really all the salt, sugar, and processed crap that's bad anyway.
LOL!
Best reply ever 🙌
don't understand its called pizza fatty when it looks like a meat loaf fatty. Looks dang good doe!
Anyone else's mouth start watering lol
Yes!
THATS IT!!!! IM GOING TO LOOK FOR HARISSA SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you ;0)
It's tasty!
I think I'm going to eat this the night before the blood work for my yearly physical 🤣🤣🤣
I hear ya!
@@Armadillopepper All jokes aside, thanks for the recipe
That looks fantastic Jeff! I like the idea of a pizza version and well cheese and jalapeños. Harissa is a cool twist on it. Awesome job brother!
Thanks Charley. Have an awesome week buddy!
I'm gonna eat it
😃
I'm going to make this yes I was going to ask you about the jalapenos that's the best part also I didn't get the name of that sauce that you put right on top of the other than the rub if you can please let me know again thanks looks awesome
I mixed harissa and pizza sauce with just a bit of olive oil. I think the info is in the description box under the video.
Came for the thumbnail- stayed to see if the wife makes another appearance.
She made some videos with me last weekend, but not published yet.
Atomic cholesterol bombs . . . .
So it's a BBQ Bacon wrapped Meatloaf.
Bam
Yessirree!
🔥
Need something crunchy on it or in it.
Temperature on PB?
250 to 275F
Wow great video going to make this today
Thanks!
Wow, just watching this video make my heart malfunction....
🙂
I’m all in but I’m adding olives
Nice add!
may I ask what is the model of your smoker? im looking to buy a good smoker and yours looks perfect
Tailgater
Basketball jones me in the bones! YUMM-O!
Thanks!
Looks like something my kids will love, although if I call it pizza they'll be pretty upset. I'll name it "smoked Italian style meatloaf".
when he screamed out like that i thought for sure it was a heart attack
Jeff, what temp did you run that at for the fatty?
250 F
You lost me at onions and peppers but you got me at bacon. Then lost me again at hot peppers.
Ok that looks good. Any cook would know that the jalapeños he added are NOT “candied”, they are “pickled”. Lol
Without the veggies it’s straight up carnivore! I wanna try it!
😀
so many ingredients you will never know what it is!
Sure it taste good, but not sure how you can put pizza in the name just because it a tiny bit of tomato sauce
