    Really appreciate these awareness videos. Sabko bas salaried class ka paisa lena hai. Same is happening now, projects being launched everyday. I can guarantee only 30% will be made. Rera is a toothless organization.

    very informative.... Unitech both brothers are out of jail now, definitely, not going to sit in idle. Can both propose to sell the Unitech to dome big existing player of NCR like DLF, ADANI, etc so that whole matter is resolved. New management can then carry forward and resume the incomplete inventories?

    Itna mota GST collect karte he, they can use that GST to finance those projects easily. I think there is an opportunity for insurance companies to insure a project and charge 200-500 psf and be responsible for construction
