Remote work is a major opportunity for WV and states like us that have such a wonderful quality of life. Discovering how to attract and retain remote talent to WV is something I'm currently brainstorming.
It's entrepreneurs like yourself that help to vocalize these possibilities and usher in new talent.

Another great video Kyle, interesting perspective for sure. My buddy Jay (who’s an IE major) had this conversation last week, WV has needed to work on bringing new sustainable jobs to the state that not only bring new people into the state but also training the current and budding workforce and preparing them for future opportunities as well.
