What is the difference between Kok Tobe and Shymbulak.
Kok Tobe mountain is 1130 meters high, almost within the city limits. Shimbulak ski resort south of the city with an altitude of 3200 meters.

They first looted people and did frauds with a property scheme -

They defrauded innocent people of their hard earned money and ran away.
