1st day:
21:00 - Gathering in Almaty, on Abay Street corner of Brusilovsky Street, near the metro station "Sairan"
21:30 - departure
2:30 - arrival in the village of Saty, overnight in guest houses
2nd day:
08:30 - breakfast
09:00 - departure to Kayyndy Lake (transfer to
UAZ, off-road)
10:00 - arrival, walk
12:30 - departure to the village. Saty
13:30 - arrival in the village of Saty, lunch
15:00 - departure to Kolsai
15:30 - arrival, walk
18:00 - departure to the village. Saty
18:30 - arrival, dinner, free time
21:00 - gatherings and disco by the campfire
3rd day:
08:30 - breakfast
09:30 - departure to the Charyn Canyon (on the way, check-in at the observation decks of the Black and Lunar Canyons)
12:00 - arrival, walk
14:00 - departure to Almaty (on the way to the Bartogai reservoir)
20:30 - arrival in Almaty
! It is necessary to take with you:
- Original IDENTITY CARD (passport for foreigners, birth certificate for children);
- warm clothes (sweater, trousers, socks), comfortable shoes

- raincoat
- cash money (since there are no ATMs there);

We recommend taking something to eat with you on the road. There are cafes on the lakes where you can also eat. They accept payment only in cash
金 ACCOMODATION
Accommodation included in the price of the tour is standard guest houses with local residents.
The toilet is on the street, there is no shower in the house, but there is a bath for a fee of
800-1000tg per person, the houses are clean and cozy
There are 10-12 people in the
house. The room accommodates from 2-6. M and W separately. 2-m room with an additional payment of 3000 tenge per room. Book in advance, as the number is limited.
There are houses with a bathroom inside.
Externally, they are identical to standard houses.

With the tour it’s a 30 min hike to kolsai lake and 10 min to Kandy Lake 1. Yes completely possible to do it with a small kid. Please note it will be very cold now, so be well prepared for that.

Ye tour 2000 main ho sakta tha one day tour....6000 Dene ka kya matlab? Sirf raat me sone aur khane k liye
We covered 6 spots, that’s not possible in a 1 day tour and there will be too much rush to cover and experience everything in one day.
Plus staying with a local family was a good experience. I would recommend a 2 day tour to completely enjoy this experience :)
