Felt like I should make a comment, just because of the way I feel regarding the hate or the stigma she receives due to her looks. And it isnt apparent in the top of this comment section, as it has now been drowned in her support, but it is there. I love Creep, as a chubby guy who tried to fill norms all the time in order to be included (these norms included playing piano and such, I love music) this songs message perfectly aligned with my life and helped me feel okay with myself, as it does for many. However, I had a friend in class who got a different meaning from the song when I showed them. I found it funny because my friend was very popular, and pretty, but I watched them throw themselves into terrible relationships, and because of low self esteem and lack of self care they always seemed to get hurt by the people they placed around them, as other peoples standards of my friend were built on the basic judgements of how they looked and specifically, *who* they looked like. They felt this song related to their struggle, to the feeling of a "norm" or standard being placed on them, and when they didnt fulfill that standard they were ridiculed as a creep, an outcast. Felt like I should make a comment, just because of the way I feel regarding the hate or the stigma she receives due to her looks. And it isnt apparent in the top of this comment section, as it has now been drowned in her support, but it is there. I love Creep, as a chubby guy who tried to fill norms all the time in order to be included (these norms included playing piano and such, I love music) this songs message perfectly aligned with my life and helped me feel okay with myself, as it does for many. However, I had a friend in class who got a different meaning from the song when I showed them. I found it funny because my friend was very popular, and pretty, but I watched them throw themselves into terrible relationships, and because of low self esteem and lack of self care they always seemed to get hurt by the people they placed around them, as other peoples standards of my friend were built on the basic judgements of how they looked and specifically, *who* they looked like. They felt this song related to their struggle, to the feeling of a "norm" or standard being placed on them, and when they didnt fulfill that standard they were ridiculed as a creep, an outcast.
Point is (TLDR I guess) even those who seem extroverted, popular, and socially acceptable still feel like outcasts because of the standards we place on one another. Honestly that is what creep is about, breaking down those standards and realizing we are all creeps...

But, in order to create that nice sense of empathy, love and political correctness, you've taken things out of their realistic proportions and made them unfairly equal. The truth is, life is inherently unfair in the sense of cards we're dealt at the start - if we disregard the possibility of reincarnation and karmic debt. (Then everything is fine.)
However, karma or not, while everyone will certainly feel SOME level of discomfort from social exposure in their life, she's got so many thing going on for her in that department, that if she ever tried to complain about it, that would be pure spoiledness, ungratefulness and lack of humility. Yeah, people have all kinds of prejudice, and she has had to and will have to deal with it on a regular basis.
