19:14 upsie. Twice the clip, double the Jesse... 😅
no problem
Puppet Jessie is technically the final antagonist of The Clone Wars, which is kind of sad, because Jessie was one of the few people that believed in Fives' warning.
Unfortunately didn't seem to take it seriously enough to remove his chip itself.
@@bibby659 rex didnt either but he also felt there was something more to it
it is sad, he was a sweet clone
I think you're mistaking Jesse for Kix
also a form of twisted irony as his face and helmet bared the republic insignia, signifying its death and rebirth into the empire
Went from "Sorry Commander" to "I'm sorry Commander, we're no longer required to follow your orders"
I miss him...
Me too
@@CT5597LieutenantJesse you were (still are) my favorite 😭😭😭
@@phantomsights4533 Thank you big dog
for fucks sake bro dont hit me with that line 😭
He didn't said that in that line
Jesse’s arc trooper design is genuinely one of the best clone trooper designs ever.
Facts
Agreed and he is my second favourite arc trooper
@@FREDDIE303my favorite
I think he's the best looking 501st trooper.
@@TheFirstCurse1 hard to beat Rex but I respect you’re opinion
Man, Jesse really came far. The last ARC Troooper of Torrent Company in the 501st Legion. A shame how he died in the end 😓
Lowkey tho he only got that position after the murder of Fives. At his heart he’s still a regular trooper.
Or even fallen victim to become imperial and then die 😢 💔
@@d4nnylaflame896Beta ARC are pretty tough units though, it takes a lot to be considered ARC, EU says all Beta ARC were trained by Alpha ARC on Kamino and Jango Himself trained some of the Alpha and Null ARC trooper. Jesse is closer to a true mando then Ur basic trooper by that logic alone
@@Macro105 that’s ll legends shit. Arc troopers in canon are different
At least he is at peace and is finally free
Who would have ever thought that the 'final boss' of the series would be Jesse?
It is kinda mad ngl
@@aarongidudu3823i know but it order 66
Jesse along with Fives, Kix and Hardcase are perhaps some of Rex's most loyal friends. If it werent for the chip, Jesse wouldn't even think of raising his blaster on Rex.
😢 still hurts
And Echo
“The chip is to blame, the chip is to blame, I’m a moron and the chip is to blame,” this is how I see the words of people who believe that the clones carried out the order because of the chip. CLONES SERVE THE REPUBLIC, FOR A CLONE THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE REPUBLIC, by order of the republic the brothers stand for execution, by order of the republic the clones destroy sectors. A Jedi is nothing to a clone other than a temporary commander, but still, for a clone, THE REPUBLIC COMES FIRST. If the Jedi are idiots and betrayed the republic, then the clone is not to blame that the order was given to destroy the traitors and the chip is also not to blame.
it is so sad :(, he was a great friend
Where's Cody?
The "Sorry commander!" After stunning her over and over is so pure
I still can’t decide what’s sadder; Fives, who died trying to save the Republic
Or Jesse, who died with the Republic
Jesse's death makes Fives' death all the more tragic in my opinion.
they were good men regardless, beautifully written however tragic
Both were unfortunately sad.
Both
a background clone at the start of the series that made his way up the chain of command along side his friends to in the end being one of the only remaining members of torrent company, just to be used as a puppet for the soon to rise empire... In an ocean of troops who shared the same DNA, for me, jeese will always be one of the final gut punch for me in this series.
well put, we grew up with him too
Oh shit Jesse being the first to hit her in the training is some pretty great foreshadowing
Rex: Yea. Jesse really tagged ya
Jesse in the background: SORRY COMMANDER!
had to be the funniest jesse scene for me lol
can you tell me the timing?

What ep is that from?
I think it was in “tails of a Jedi”
@LucyWest370 Tales of the jedi episode 5 Practice makes perfect.
Jesse was underrated. I liked his character development in the episodes he was in; he made it to ARC Trooper which he worked hard for. It's a shame how he died though.
Jesse in his ARC armor is easily the best looking 501st Clone.
“Ahem here comes Dogma” 😂😂
“Well, I’ve officially lost my sense of humour” 😭😭

God I love Arc trooper armor. They look so damn awesome and menacing.
Agreed 👍
RIP Jesse You were my favourite solder in clone wars along with rex, fives and others from my childhood🙏🙏🙏🙏
May the force be with him!
He was my favorite clone😢
same RIP
Love that Jesse Hardcase and Kixs were brought back and expanded on in the Umbara arc turned Jesse into a cool clone to a certified fan fav
The amount of times I've watched CW and I never noticed Hardcase was in the deserter episode, I thought he first appeared in Umbara
The first time we hear of the 501st trio: Jesse, Hardcase, and Kix
But then Hardcase on Umbara...uh...
but Jesse is also on the comm, between Rex speech and his appereance in the hanger of the last epiosde
True, I missed that.
@@Cardo... no problem
0:00 to 0:07 was the funniest moment lol Jesse is one of my all time favs
I feel like had the ship not crashed, then Asoka and rex were going to try and get the chips out of every one of them. Afterall Rex was using tazer mode on his pistols, and the robots threw them up and down repeatedly... its sad though that whatever the captain in the bridge was thinking, they end up crashing and almost all dying in that one single instance. But I suppose thats what they get for being ripped out of hyperspace. Still though, a absolute tragedy that through wanting to save them, Asoka and Rex doom them to death.
I always wished we got more of Jesse, Hardcase, Tup, and Kix, they were very minor characters but such good ones and all had personality, they were all great soldiers and became Rex's best buds. Hell the 3 should have been Arc Troopers by the start of Umbara.
Pain at the end. So much fucking pain
really cool video, I was wondering if you had noticed he is in episode 9 of season 7, so really good and thanks for the link!
Thanks to screentime on imdb, I wouldn't have figured it out otherwise.
@@Cardo... lol I didn´t know they showed this

phase 2 2:20
ARC trooper 12:45
Crazy how he got promoted from Corporal to ARC Trooper Lieutenant after Fives' death. Shame we still don't know how it happened or how marksman or Corporals get promoted quickly in the Grand Army of the Republic.
I don't believe Jesse was ever a corporal since, in "The Deserter," Kix refers to him as "sir" which means he would at least be a sergeant. It's also quite possible that Jesse has always been a lieutenant, but I personally believe it makes more sense for him to have started as a sergeant and been promoted to lieutenant sometime later in the war.

Do you think he’d have survived if he was apart of the rescue team sent to the Citadel?
Yeah
19:23 Fun fact: Ursa is Sabine's mommy.
Rest in peace Jesse 🫡
phase 1 looks so sick w the updated graphics
Jesse, Fives, Harcase, Echo (Although he does come back he's not the same) so sad 😭
Rest in peace, ARC Trooper Jesse
Imagine if Jesse or Fives survived to help the Bad Batch and Rex against the Empire
If fives survived there wouldn’t be an empire
I just realized with the spherical cockpits and the kinda vertical wings, even green lasers, the Umbaran starfighters are probably based off the good ole TIE Fighters.
That's a stretch. They look totally unique for Star Wars.
I cried my eyes out when Jesse died.
He’s awesome and smart!
what i realized is that Pong Krell had to be a real freakin monster to have high casualty rate even among Jedi
RIP to the 🐐imo 🫡😢
Jesse was unintentionally damned by Rex's own words. You really get the feeling that if Rex hadn't given the orders under the control of Order 66, Jesse might have actually listened to him in their final confrontation. He clearly *wants* too, but at such a critical moment the idea of Rex being compromised forces him to question where his loyalties lie. Who is Rex in this moment? Is he the guy fumbling for justification to spare Ashoka and failing to keep his men in line? Or is is he the unflinchingly duty-bound commader who's order have never steered Jesse wrong?
It's a good way to show Order 66 wasn't just the mind control; it really made everyone question who they were able to trust and turned their morals and ideals into chains they could be strangled with.
But the whole point of this that it was mind control….
This clown thinks he's him@@furretthefuzzynoodle3896

Yeah, but it was clear Rex's words were getting to Jessie. Hos hesitation was him trying to fight the programming.
@@MaxMikescrool1 yeah because it was mind control…..
The final scene of the graves is such a chilling scene that ends the series so well.
Jesse’s arc armor is the best I wish Rex or Ashoka could’ve saved him

You actually died to the citizen, not even a Jedi.
"sorry commanda--"

Jessie just good soldier follow order. Five know a truth about a order 66 in a chip.
0:58 1 million IQ level of thinking.
Not the watermark Jesse in the middle of the screen 💀
what if jesse removed his inhibitor chip
Rex, the Jedi did not betray the Republic
7:35 Now this is Podracing!!
Hey im sure jesse is in fact a lieutenant, but how do we know that he is? Was he ever called a lieutenant?
He was called LT in the last couple episodes of the clone wars because he assumed leadership after Rex went M.I.A but Jesse has always been a reg, I doubt he even got much arc trooper training before he got the armor. He’s an example of a regular clone going far and beyond the call of duty and being promoted for it.
@@d4nnylaflame896 can you tell me in which episode or scene exactly he was called a lieutenant? Cause i rewatched those episodes a couple weeks ago and i dont remember anyone calling jesse lieutenant
@@bronxx4817 I believe in victory and death he calls another trooper over the radio and asks what’s the status on commander rex, then he gives the trooper and order and the trooper responds with copy that LT
@@d4nnylaflame896 oh yea you’re right. I would’ve sweared obi wan or mace called him lieutenant in one of the bad batch episodes but after rewatching those episodes i was wrong turns out its in the last episode
@@d4nnylaflame896That's not how ranks work. Jesse wouldn't have just assumed the rank of lieutenant after Rex disobeyed Order 66, he would have already been a lieutenant by that point and simply would have just taken over command aboard the venator as he was the next highest rank present. Also, in Jesse's first appearance in TCW he was literally referred to as "sir" which means he has always been an officer (likely starting as a sergeant and being promoted to lieutenant sometime later).
Phase 1 Jesse kinda of had proto 501st Phase 2 paint, just a more grayish blue, strip instead of an A shape, and his unique helmet. Didn’t get a good like at his legs or lower arms.
It honestly breaks my heart when you realize that the 501st is technically the final antagonist of the CW
501st is actually the final antagonist of entire Clone war since they stormed the jedi temple with Vader.
01:56 only screen with speederbikes on the "good side"
Good soldiers follow orders.
10:45 technically that is barratry not mutiny since the both the captain and the crew are together about doing it
I wish he survived order 66
What’s sad is that these clones are victims of Sidious’s manipulation. Their free will was taken away from them by those darn inhibitor chips and now most of them are dead.
Mi capitan trooper favorito es el capitán Rex>:D
who is that clone at 10:26
Dogma
I am 9 but I remember I was in third grade and I switched over every hour and I watched this I think but now in 4th
This wasn’t Jesse’s fault, his mind was not his own
ughhhh "burying the dead" just hits WAY too hard
1:24 WOH actually I do require one more thing 😏🤤
I just clocked, Kix grew out his hair?
To Be Fair I Only Love The Clone “Lieutenant Jessie” Better When He Is Not In Obedience To The “Protocol: Order 66” With The “Inhibitor Chip” Inside Of Him Then “Rex, Wolffe, Gregor, Howzer, Fireball, Nemec, & The Bad Batch (Clone Force 99)” Wouldn’t Be The Only Ones That Went To Deep Upon The Obedience Of The “Protocol: Order 66” :-( !!!!
Good Jop 😊man

I have to be honest i love jesse more than fives
1:26 to 1:36 (Little Joke)
I am becoming more and more convinced that the droid army was nothing more than planned training. The clones became superior combatants to the machines with the war and the Jedi were so busy facing them day and night that they got used to following the same fighting pattern... Let's say that the firing configuration of a B1 droid is designed so that over time, the Jedi will become accustomed to it and be effective in responding to its attacks... but when facing a clone, they are patterned consciously and absolutely different from their CIS counterparts. They lagged behind and by the time the clones struck, this coupled with the surprise factor, they were overwhelming. The Jedi were simply stunned to see their defense which had been so effective during the war now falling apart. Not to mention that the Clones had plenty of time to watch their generals, study, and learn everything from them. I think the droids, especially the B1's attacking in massive numbers, were meant to prepare the Clones and stunt the Jedi knights.... for this very moment of Order 66. A masterful move if you ask me. Imagine if Ashoka had shown up a minute earlier before Mace sent Anakin to Palpatine. I'm not sure exactly what would have happened but there's no doubt she would have sensed something was very wrong with him and would have spoken to him in person after that meeting. Ashoka was the anchor on the other side Anakin needed to keep him grounded in reality while his relationship with Padme was the main driving factor in his falling. Who knows exactly what would have happened but I'm willing to bet that she would have been perfectly willing to help hide his marriage after what she had been put through at the hands of the Jedi AND that she could have kind of jumpstarted his brain and reminded him of what truly mattered. Padme gave him the speech about fighting for the wrong side and his faith in the republic was clearly faltering, Ashoka would have given him the other side of it. "Maybe this side we are on isn't so good, I experienced that myself. But look at me, after everything they put me through I still came back because I know it's the right thing to do, to fight for the innocent and protect them. For all their flaws, that's what were supposed to do as Jedi. Open your eyes Anakin, this IS how you save padme!" Really remind him of what a Jedi is supposed to be regardless of what is happening around him, remind him of all the people he saved and all the good he had done for people. The want to do good in him was gone after everything those supposedly close to him had done and she could have refocused him. At least enough so that Padme wasn't the only thing he could think about. I'm not even sure Obi-Wan would have saved him. Obi-Wan might have been able to do this too, but I think regardless his mind was too set on ending the war and he was too deep into the dogma to truly change Anakin's mind. I truly believe only Ashoka could have 100 percent stopped his fall. For all Padme would want to help she'd be useless, Ashoka knew exactly what Anakin was feeling a background clone at the start of the series that made his way up the chain of command alongside his friends to in the end being one of the only remaining members of torrent company, just to be used as a puppet for the soon to rise empire... In an ocean of troops who shared the same DNA, for me, Jesse will always be one of the final gut punches in this series. Hey, I'm sure Jesse is in fact a lieutenant, but how do we know that he is?
