Have you tried any other projection devices on your car? Or are other brands suffering from non-compatibility with carplay to AAuto spoofing? These videos are really helpful. I failed to realize that the car im literally picking up tomorrow didn't support android auto. But these give me solace. Cheers bruv, you've earned my subscription
Hey thanks so much for the sub! 😀 I really had no other major issues with the Carlinkit so I haven't looked at other brands since. Congrats on your car, hope this will give you AA. It's kind of a blessing actually since it is Wireless Android Auto which I find super convenient than plugging the phone in all the time though cable. Cheers!
I got a used 2020 Corolla. Happy when I saw the screen as it was my first car with the screen. But I felt sad when it didn't support Android play. I just want to check if it works well after you have been using it this whole while. Some Amazon reviews said it works well initially, but later, the connection gets worse.
Congrats on the 2020! Still works pretty good for me. It does have a few quirks as connection time may vary from instant to a minute. I'd suggest trying it out for yourself, you can always make a return if it doesn't work out for you. Cheers!

Wow thanks for reaching out and making the CP2A (4) an awesome product to use 🙂 Definitely interested however my 2020 Corolla only has CarPlay and I currently specialize with Android (Auto) so the CarlinKit 4 is already a perfect match. Although, I'm sure to review how great the 5.0 will work with wireless CarPlay one day! Cheers!
@@squishyhammer i believe the 5.0 doesn't actually work with 2020 Corolla because it's CarPlay-only and the 5.0 doesn't do AAuto -> CarPlay spoofing. That's the reason I opted to buy the 4.0 instead of the 5.0.
We shouldn’t have to buy AM products because toyota is a bih and did not want to give us android auto when almost all the other cars in the same year have it. I’m buying this and asking toyota for a refund.
