  • A mix of free flow and drills from my regular morning practice at Lake Mälaren.
Let me know if you enjoy this longer format!
If you want to learn Rope Flow with me, now you can do it virtually and in person. I offer personalized coaching and small group workshops. My workshops are usually deep dives into technique centered around elements of flow (Tandem Sneaks, tricks, body mechanics, etc). If you're interested, keep your eyes peeled because they sell out quickly due to limited spots (4-8 people, to ensure high quality coaching). I announce the workshops on my socials (community tab here, IG and FB). You can also check links here periodically:

There's also an upcoming two day Rope Flow workshop (July 20/21) with me and Elias Brocker in Cologne, Germany. If you like Rope Flow, it doesn't make sense to miss out on this event! Half of the spots are already sold out, so if you're interested, hurry up and sign up!

Incredibly smooth. Some of those one handed transitions are a thing of beauty 🙌

I need a breakdown of that whiplash. It is eluding my brain. Also those spins with the anchored sneaks at the end were so fast!

Do you have any that glow with L.E.D.
Like a fiber optic rope of some sort for night time flowing?
A rope that has fire down the middle be dope too

I will get a glow rope soon, but I’m actually not sure I can use it during the summer. It never gets truly dark at night here in Sweden. Maybe for some autumn/winter months

Thank you again for sharing your skills! May I ask how thick is the Alpaca-Slush rope (in mm)? Thank you!

Drills as a base. Tricks for fun. Consistent flow. And one day you will fly over this lake.
