Chris's #1 is absolute gold. Everything else seems to start from this flow!!!

Excellent content, accessible, humble and not in the slightest show-offy, thankyou both.

Loved hearing you guys digging into the subtleties of the practice. The more time you spend with the rope these intricacies reveal themselves, both new positions and new ways of transitioning between them.

I’m a little over a year into my rope flow journey. I’ve mainly done in depth work with the OH/UH/Dragon Roll and adding footwork and locomotion to all three. This list is awesome. Easily could be the programming of my entire next year. Thanks for sharing.

Love me a bit of one arm OH spiral! This is a great motivator to look closer and absorb the other important patterns you both have chosen! Wonderful stuff Tim + Chris! Very grateful and appreciative!!✌

@@Tims_Gym If your in Birmingham any time soon mate, we'll get together. Or I'll get to one of your retreats eventually when my work/free time balances out better. I can think of 3 ATM.
i love any pattern that includes a turn/shift of weight onto the opposite side. There is one that is like a underhand slingshot motion, after turning 180 degrees that follows from some overhand matador. I love the momentum along with the control of balance, but haven't got my non dominant side perfected as of yet.
Similar is the turning tennis serve motion and the footwork(back step and pivot), while expoding with a fully straight over arm.
And Hanumans dance facing forward and really turning at the lower spine/hips, while keeping the legs and chest forwards as much as possible is great for loosening and limbering up, now i am 40.
I have been working at reversing hand grips with every pattern i can do and doing that on command, which is cool. And eventually I'd like to bring the rope dart/kicking leg motions/patterns into play, if at all possible with such a thick rope. Thinner and longer would be better, but i believe leaving out the legs or controlling the direction of the rope with our feet is the next stage of development in Rope flow as a whole. There are some brilliant women on youtube who teach kicking/rope dart techniques. Almost like the school girl from Kill Bill 1! And if you want to get really fancy, incorporate a archery target and practice shooting the rope off the neck, like that girl does in the movie. Its highly advanced but not impossible i believe. My OCD brain at work brother hahaha. Enjoy San Diego and hope your ppl are all tremendously well!! Defo get together in the near future back in the uk

I’m just starting out I think the basic moves will be so good for me. I have suffered from a tbi for 4 1/2 years from a bad accident so determined to learn this to improve my cognitive function. This is huge for people like me. ❤ your work.
